L'hôtel Ibis Gare de Lens est un endroit excellent à visiter assurément. Bénéficiant d'un emplacement privilégié dans la ville de Lens avec beaucoup de passage et état un établissement récent, les attentes étaient au rendez-vous, donc l'accueil est l'étape la plus importante : elle n'a pas été ratée avec un personnel chaleureux. Pas besoin de demander les horaires du petit déjeuner, mode de fonctionnement du repas, etc... Le personnel vous fait un débrief dès votre arrivée pour vous expliquer en un court instant comment profiter de votre séjour à l'hôtel. Chambre double réservée ; elle est propre, grande et répond à mes besoins ainsi qu'à ceux de madame. Le lit confort avec doubles-oreillers était confortable, pas de signes de punaises de lit comme on peut tristement souvent retrouver dans les chambres d'hôtel environnantes.. Ces petits détails nous ont permis de profiter tranquillement d'une nuit bien méritée et dans de bonnes conditions. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec des produits frais (baguette grillée, mini-viennoiseries, types de cafés variés...). Rien à redire, la prestation pour l'emplacement et le prix payé est excellent. Je recommande vivement.

A great place to stay when visiting the WW1 battlefields and cemeteries, the historic mining sites or the Louvre. We had two large(ish) well-equipped interconnecting rooms. USB charging points next to the bed. Large walk-in showers. Rooms facing the station are sunnier and very effectively sound-proofed. We heard nothign from fellow guests, passing traffic or trains. Good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, with a machine to dispense freshly squeezed orange juice. Cheerful and helpful staff. The only strange feature was a life-size photo of Jacques Tati as M. Hulot staring down at us from the wall opposite the bed.

On the theme of the cinema that was previously installed and whose facade was preserved and integrated, we find the usual comfort and cleanliness of the Ibis, the soundproofing is perfect and no noise in a room overlooking the station. A charming and very helpful staff, a welcoming and relaxed lounge/bar/co working. No restaurant for the moment, but possibility of snacks in the evening.

Absolutely a great hotel quality and prize very clen very new excellent position in front of the station great breakfast included in the hotel price ,10/10 nothing to say in negative .dear people you will go for sure.the parking is high secured with 2 gates with a timer and back entrance from the parking.

Emplacement juste en face de la gare ferroviaire mais chambres très bien insonorisées ( nous étions au second étage ) et confortables. Personnel charmant. Grand hall d’accueil avec service bar et possibilité de restauration chaude. Petit déjeuner frais et complet, dans une jolie salle avec terrasse et au prix imbattable ( 13€ ). Établissement récent et très propre. Vraiment rien à dire, et mieux que certains 4 étoiles !
