I have been a hyper respectful regular customer at this establishment for years but the management mentality by the authorities responsible for this establishment leaves something to be desired and sadly and unacceptably leaves a bitter taste for the customers who nevertheless pay to be RESPECTED. I complained that 3 times in a few weeks, people from the establishment's staff wanted to open my room door WITHOUT EVEN FIRST knocking to find out if anyone was in the room!! Terrible but true. And other customers have had and are still having the same horrible similar experience and management normalizes this as something to accept!!! Amazing ! As a response and apology following our complaints, the management of this establishment invites us to stay elsewhere!! Incredibly astounding and DISSOLVING as a CUSTOMER SERVICE management mentality !
