Property is acceptable. Staff at check in was very unaccomodating. I had reserved a ground floor room as I am unable to climb stairs. Had to leave luggage in car and carry up clothes as I needed them. Night clerk said they were full and no ground floor rooms were available. No attempt to accommodate me was made the next day when rooms were obviously available. Won’t be back.

We were pleasantly surprised. Everything was wonderful. The clerk was super nice & helpful. She recommended some great places to eat in town. Our king room was typical, but clean & comfortable. The bed was great. The pillows were not “My Pillow” quality, but functional. Plenty of hot water with great water pressure. If we are ever back this way, we will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at properties in this price range that were better kept than this one. Lamp in the room was broken, shower sealed with the water on, no coffee maker in the room, breakfast very modest. The recliner in the room was nice.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, only problem was shower did not work very well, just a little water came out of shower head.

We checked into room 122 - the smell was terrible ! No way to stay in that room! I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone had no cord so - couldn’t be used. I carried the phone down to the front desk and told the lady about the room and asked her to come smell room 122. She did and gagged then moved us to room 112 - that room was fine - no problems. However this morning when getting breakfast I heard another young man say he was in room 122, he said it smelled terrible! I can’t believe they rented that room to another person.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff at check in. Clean room. Bed a tad hard for me but husband liked it. All personal preference.
