Dilapidated trailer with various occupants, 15 bikes, various people and dogs allowed to take residence in parking lot. No screens on lower floor windows.

First off I rented a king bedroom got there checked in and went to room and someone was already in that room whent down to sort it out and they didn't have anymore king rooms so they put me in a double queen room when asked about being reimbursed because of the price difrance and inconvenience was told i wont be charged extra for the queen room. Beds were out dated and uncomfortable the shower was falling apart. The room was clean.

Had no room service for the two nights we stayed yet someone went through our bags and stole my husbands pain medication. Dogs barking in the hallway at night. Very noisy! Fan in the room sounded like a jet taking off. Booked this having never been there. If you stay here take your medicine and valuables with you when you’re out of the room.

It was fairly clean, but not like it was in the past, when we stayed there. There was hair in the shower. The sheets were worn, but clean. The lamps were dusty,. We have stayed there 4 times and this was the only time we seen this. I am sure, like every other business these days the have a hard time hiring staff because people do not want to work, but next time I will probaby try another place.

front desk staff at check was civil but not warm and friendly nor welcoming, inadequate communication as they had failed to connect our extended reservation to original (added 1 more day); the fact that maid service was not provided daily was not communicated to us so expectations not met, even on request there was no maid service, had to bring garbage and towels to front desk
