The room was very satisfactory. The humidifier was very comfortable at night. The breakfast was particularly good. The hotel housekeeper was very considerate and responsive. There was enough mineral water. It is the first choice for self-driving tours. I will choose you again when I come to Lhasa next time. I hope the network will be faster next time. The front desk service is very good. They arranged a car to pick me up. Thanks to Ram and Zhao Min for the reception. I just got to the plateau and had some reactions. The front desk had hot rhodiola rosea water to drink. There was also an oxygen concentrator in the room. I was very satisfied. I didn't have altitude sickness immediately. Traditional ******* style hotel, the surrounding is relatively quiet, so you can sleep well~ It is very close to Barkhor Street, which can be reached by walking for about 10 minutes. There is an oxygen concentrator, air conditioning and heating, and a washing machine. The facilities are quite complete~ The only drawback is that I don’t know if the sewer in our room’s toilet was blocked that day, and the toilet smelled a bit during those two days~ But it is still worth recommending, quiet and convenient!!

The hotel was so clean and tidy. Everything fits the description they have online. The staff there was very helpful and explained everything clearly and politely. There were humidifier and oxygen provided, with a lot of bottled water, which helped a lot to anyone who doesn't live in high altitude. They provided laundry service yet we didn't use it, we used some other services, i.e. toilet cleaning and luggage storage, everyone was helpful and professional in the hotel.

I stayed alone, and the room was big enough. Fruits and small cakes were given on the first day. The rest of the time, they collected the garbage and made the bed every day, which was very good. Bottled water was also added every day. There was an oxygen supply machine in the room, and the diffuse oxygen supply alleviated a lot of altitude sickness. The humidifier was not used much, but Tibet is indeed very dry. The air conditioner in the room can heat, so I was not afraid of the cold when taking a shower. It was just that on the last day, I woke up and found a bag of black things in the cabinet. I don’t know if it was put in by the staff. It scared me, but I didn’t care in the end. Anyway, I checked out.

This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect.
The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help.
The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room.
The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service.
All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

Every time I come to Lhasa, I must stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is clean and tidy. There are disposable bath towels, which is very considerate. Xiaofang at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also very good. The ingredients are very fresh and the taste is also very good. It is really five-star service and two-star consumption. The most considerate thing is the free processing of border defense permits. Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen.
There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning.
Everything was cured by the warm customer service.

GGuest UserI was walking by this place while shopping and thought it was a tourist attraction. But when I went in, it turned out to be a hotel. When I asked about the price, it was cheap, so I booked a regular king-size bed room. The owner directly upgraded it to a 180° king-size bed room. Lazhen at the front desk was very welcoming ❤️ The Indian food on the first floor was also very delicious ✌🏻 This is the most unique hotel I have ever stayed in.

XXiongbaooOWhen stepping into the wind horse flying door, the warm front desk environment and the enthusiasm of sister Fang made people feel very kind. The room was very clean. The quilt was really like the smell of the sun in the comments. The floor heating at night was very good. People who were cold were very at ease.
The homestay has three floors. The climbing tigers in the courtyard on the first floor have a sense of tranquility in time. Although the peach tree and apple tree in winter are still squeaking and waiting to sprout, sitting in the yard is like the feeling of home in memory, warm and harmonious. In addition to the tables and chairs hammocks on each floor to let you enjoy the sunbathing in Lhasa, the viewing platform on the rooftop can enjoy the wide view, the cloth palace, the snow-capped mountains, and the Zhuoma who wakes up next door to wash your hair waved good morning to you.

GGuest UserThis B&B is really amazing! From the moment you walk in, you are attracted by its warmth and comfort. There is also a business-loving 98k (🐶). The room is beautifully decorated, and every detail reveals the owner's care and taste. The bed is soft and comfortable, and after a good night's sleep, you feel rejuvenated. The service from the boss and his wife is also very good, warm but not too intrusive, and the recommended surrounding restaurants are also great. I will stay here again next time I come!

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options.
The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

The hotel's breakfast is very good. There are a lot of rich things and the taste is good. The girl who likes to cook noodles is very gentle and patient. I think she is also suitable to be a front desk receptionist.
