那天朋友過去住，時間有點應該是凌晨兩點左右，然後叫醒前台員登記入住，美女一陣牢騷，説這麼晚過來入住之類的，我們也體諒，但是返過來講我已經預訂又不能退，入住晚點應該相互理解

因為三年前來拉薩住過澤當 所以這次家庭遊又預訂入住
但是體驗非常非常差 預訂的兩間房間安排在了不同樓層 客房彌散式供養要晚上10點才有 而且濃度非常低 等較海拔一直處於3000以上 供氧服務等同於沒有 房間小且沒有空調 雖然有個加濕器但是濕度一直很低 環境乾燥 因為是家庭入住 房間有小孩 問前台要一瓶水 前台直接回復一天衹供應兩瓶水 各種不如以前 果斷提前退房
