典型的老五星，整體較陳舊。主要用於政府招待 個人出行不建議選擇。位置去博物館和羅布林卡可以不行到達，但是僅出酒店門就得分兜一大圈。

1985甜茶未主動告知使用時間。早餐與團隊共用顯擁擠。***同志在此工作過員工似乎不知道。
