It’s one of the nicest hotel compare to other hotels in Tibet. Staff weren’t the friendliest people but they are okay. Sometimes there’s door man sometimes no. Corridor is carpeted so it’s hard to push the luggages but you can always ask the hotel staff to help you. Location is a bit far from where all the buzz is… but easy to take a didi to the main area. Overall you basically paid more for standard shangrila standard. Comfortable bed.

In less than a minute, the staff helped us change the new quilt. Later, the child needed oxygen, and the hotel also arranged an oxygen machine as soon as possible, which touched our family very much! When checking out, I asked to pay, and the hotel did not confiscate it. Here, I can only give a 5-star praise and strongly recommend it. After getting off the plane, I got high and my oxygen saturation was 60-75. When I arrived at the hotel front desk, I was a bit unresponsive. The room I stayed in on the first day had a temperature of 17 degrees on the display screen. The central air conditioner did not have warm air and only provided warm air at night, which was not in line with a four-star hotel. I stayed for another day on the second day and moved to a sunny room. However, the service attitude was very good. Both the manager and the front desk receptionist were warm and perfect, which was the standard of a five-star hotel. They also sent fruits, cakes and milk. It is very close to the Potala Palace.
