The family traveled along the western Sichuan line and specially chose this hot spring hotel. The lady at the front desk was super nice and upgraded our room type for free, which was great. The hot spring is said to be a natural hot spring. The whole family enjoyed it very much, and the children didn't want to get up. When we checked out, the lady at the front desk also gave us a special little gift, which was really thoughtful.

The hotel is relatively good in Gulugou. The front desk lady is pretty and the service is very enthusiastic. Our room is near the atrium, which is relatively quiet. There is a beautiful red maple tree in the atrium. There are several hot spring pools with different temperatures. The breakfast is also OK, with many varieties. I recommend trying their noodles or rice noodles, which are delicious. When I left the hotel, the front desk lady named Ma Xuexiu also gave me a souvenir. The overall stay experience is good.

The location of the hotel is good. The room is spacious. However, you smell a peculiar smell as soon as you enter the door. The hygiene is very poor. The toilet has a strong smell of urine. The floor is dirty and has not been washed. There is thick dust in the room. The corners of the bedside table are very sharp. I accidentally bumped it when I sat down and it was damaged and bruised. The hairdryer stopped halfway through blowing my hair. I called customer service and was told that it would be ready to use again in a few minutes. It turned out that I had to wait three minutes before I could use it again. The hotel is sorry. this price
