Excellent hotel with superb service. During check-in, our receptionist Da Tingting 大婷婷 was very prompt in assigning room and provided us all the information to explore the resort. We added wechat to communicate during our stay and she was very fast to respond to our requests, including asking for more bottles of water than provided, setting up our room's hot spring for us and also arranging for buggy ride to the main building for breakfast next morning. She also extended our checkout by 1 hour upon requests. Ramada Guergou is the best hotel we stayed at during our Chuanxi roadtrip. The breakfast had variety and quality. And the experience here is definitely worth the money spent.
