房間舒適，自動窗簾智能一體馬桶，中式家居，對面就是湖，晚上還有燈光秀早餐乾淨衞生。總枱服務好，早餐人員也特別熱情，推薦！

此酒店優點和缺點比較明顯。先説優點：1、環境非常好，就在東昌湖邊上，出行方便。2、衞生乾淨，整潔。3、全屋智能控制。缺點：1、花灑小，安裝較高，沒有調節的按鈕，得用手使勁按壓，而且花灑與軟管接頭處漏水嚴重，第二天調房後，依然如此總共定了兩間房，三天住，每個屋都出現這種情況。2、兩個枕頭太高，應換一個低點的。3、酒店太摳了，連住三天兩間房，多要兩瓶水都很費勁。

酒店在水上古城的一角，出門就能看到東昌湖，離光岳樓、縣衙都不遠，地理位置可以説是鬧中取靜了，房間很智能，裝修比較新，早餐以中式為主

環境：酒店在東昌湖畔，酒店外的環境很美。這間房在臨湖的反面，能看到室外的樹林。
服務：遇到的前台和客房的服務員熱情，餐廳服務員收拾餐具時的動作再輕一些會比較好，餐具碰撞的聲音影響正在就餐的客人了。
設施：傢俱看上去挺新的，但掛衣服的空間很小，也沒有適合打開小行李箱的平台。
