Zimmer sauber und absolut in Ordnung. Service hervorragend und freundlich. Es war sehr ruhig, wenig Gäste, trotzdem super Buffet und Service. Die Umgebung und die Berge herrlich zum Wandern. Wirklich top. Gerne in den nächsten Jahren wieder.

Wir waren eine Gruppe (7 Personen) und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem JUFA Hotel Planneralm. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Personal sowie die Chefin waren total zuvorkommend. Zum Spielen wird für jedes Alter was geboten. Das Frühstücks- sowie das Abendbuffet waren auch hervorragend.

Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Alles war sauber und das Service gut. Der Spielplatz und die Umgebung genial für Kinder. Indoor gibt es einen Turnsaal und Spielraum, aber das haben wir aufgrund von tollem Wetter nur einmal kurz getestet. Lediglich unser Zimmer für 4 Personen und 2 Hunde war sehr klein.

Esperienza negativa,la località si trova a1500m. Di altitudine,per raggiungere il posto ci sono 12km di tornanti,NON VIENE SPECIFICATO . TUTTO CHIUSO, essendo il mese di agosto!!! in reception , difficile comunicare !Il polo sciistico, sarà bello durante la stagione invernale, ma in agosto è desolante . Avremmo dovuto soggiornare 2notti, ma siamo rimasti solo 1 . Se andate durante l'estate portate abbigliamento da trekking.

Incredible stay - extremely friendly staff. We stayed with my family, everyone was extremely happy with the amenities. Breakfast was delicious and the views were absolutely incredible. I really appreciated the kids cutlery/plates and the kids chairs.

Great modern spacious accommodation in a beautifull nature. Easy access to marked trails to the mountain peaks. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Everything thought out in detail. Nothing was missing. Excellent insulation between apartments. Beautiful views.

Es wird ein frisches, regionales Abendbuffet beworben und verkauft. Wir hatten vor Ort nur Schnitzel oder Spaghetti mit Knoblauch zur Auswahl. Keine Info im Vorfeld, dass weder Buffet noch a la carte verfügbar sind. Das angebotene Menü war qualitativ nicht zufriedenstellend. Preisminderung wurde abgelehnt. Zimmer war in Ordnung und das Personal freundlich.
