the structure is a little dated but beyond this one cannot fail to appreciate the kindness of the staff at the reception and at the bar, a little less... or rather zero at the restaurant service. Low quality food, always the same and unorganized maitre. Very slow elevator, you have to make an appointment by calculating the descent times, so many guests and you wait at least 10 minutes before being able to use it. Excellent bike service and still centrally located.

Arriving at 7.00 pm, with a newborn who needed to be changed and breastfed, we check in, go to the room and what do we find? Room with beds not even made up without sheets, sand on the floor and dirty bathrooms, I called the reception and was told that they would have it cleaned immediately, with a newborn I preferred to have a room changed, the result of the second one was even worse, a scandal not to be missed not even to enter because of the smell that was there. The only positive thing we can say is the person at the reception who was very friendly and kind, otherwise we didn't set foot. Hotel should be rated 1 STAR and not 4 stars at €200 per night.
