My first impression is that this is a newly opened store with great decoration and a very poor environment. The key point is that every staff member is extremely enthusiastic. After chatting with the boss, I learned that their store had been opened in 2017 or 2018. Well, their home is only about 3 to 5 minutes away from the ancient city. We drove there, and Brother Dapeng was responsible for receiving us. He took us to the hotel in a small car. Although it's only less than two minutes away. The decoration of the room is in the style of logs, and all the equipment that the room should have is available. And you can soak your feet, which is really very comfortable for us who drove for a day and then went to the hotel to soak our feet at night. And it's very quiet at night, because I'm a light sleeper. Even though their store is in the ancient city, it's not in the noisiest place, which I think is very good. The most important thing is their home. The room I booked includes breakfast, and their breakfast has a variety of options, such as steamed buns, flower rolls, fried dough sticks, shredded potatoes, kimchi rice noodles, etc. Breakfast in the ancient city is very expensive if you go to a breakfast shop. I really think this is very good. Well, if I come to Lijiang again, I will definitely stay at their home. Crazy likes for the boss👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This Liman hotel is located at the edge of Lijiang ancient town, very convenient for car access and walking through the town center. The hotel room deco is modern and hip with a voice activated AI home assistance (小崔同学). The best feature is their personalized service by the hotel manager, Jason (阿健） and their staff （阿琛，小王）. Before we arrived, they communicated through WeChat with all the detailed info. When we arrived, Jason welcomed us with a multi-hour comprehensive tea ceremony and offered exquisite Yunnan local tea tasting. Jason was very patient and knowledgeable. Next day Jason gave us a personal tour for hours walking through through the major ancient landmarks and internet hot spots (instagrammable) explaining each history or modern fames. Jason and his team made us so welcome feeling welcomed and hosted by friends. We strongly recommend this Liman Yilan Yunshan Viewing Hotel to any travelers for the hotel location, tasteful style and, most important of all, the friendly and personal service. Our sincere thanks to Jason and his team who added the fund memory of Lijiang!

I took my kids to Lijiang for a summer vacation. I looked around for a long time and chose this hotel. I was not disappointed. I gave it 100 points, perfect. The hotel formed a group with us in advance. Because we stayed for three consecutive days, there was a free airport pick-up service. As soon as we got off the car, we contacted the group leader to help us pull our luggage into the hotel, because the stone roads in the ancient city of Lijiang were difficult to push the luggage. When we arrived at the hotel, the group leader helped us upgrade the room for free. The room facilities were too good, intelligent, and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very ceremonial, and everyone had a large portion. The location of the hotel is actually very good, right in the ancient city, and it is also close to the accommodation when you are tired of shopping at night. During the day, walk to Zhongyi Market and take bus 101 to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain directly.

During my Lijiang Shangrila trip on october 23rd to october 27th 2023, i stayed on 4 different hotels. Among 4 of them, this one is my least favorite. Their officer is quite nice actually. They helped to pick up my luggage when i arrived, showed me the way to the hotel, and helped to bring my luggage to the parking area. Their service during afternoon tea session was also perfect. The let down part comes from its price to value factor. This hotel has some rooms which their price are more expensive than 5 stars hotel. I have stayed in its most expensive room and the view is far from the pictures we saw in trip.com. their officer even not botheref to clean the room's window which becomes the specialty of this room. the best viewing area in this hotel is in its cafe, so if you still want to stay in this hotel just stay in its standard room and go to its cafe for picture. It also doesnt provide breakfast before 8 AM. It's the house's policy but it just not suitable for me who need to move in the morning. Nobody can speak english so that it's quite challenging for me who can not speak chinese at all. It was informed in trip.com that they provided ”good bye” snack in the evening but during my stay they didnt offer it to me. When i asked about it, the officer said that it's not available anymore. I know it just a simple thing, but they need to update the newest information. The other thing is parking area. It's not really closed with the hotel and the way from parking area to the hotel is not flat. The officer of this hotel will help you, but still, if you have many luggages you better think twice before staying inside the old town area.

Come to Lijiang Ancient City to book Huajiantang Yichiyuan, the hotel will contact you by phone in advance, and the hotel staff will go to the ancient city to help carry luggage to the hotel. The hotel is an old building with antique features, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are quite perfect. I especially feel the boss here. The staff's service is very enthusiastic. The guest house is located in a quiet street off the main pedestrian street in the old quarter of Lijiang. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and full of antique decorations. In front of the guest house, is a large garden where the locals grow their food, so picturesque. The staff are warm and friendly, and helped us to book a fantastic hike through the surrounding mountains. Our guide, Bongdu, was amazing, he had so much knowledge to share about the plants and the monastery we visited. The room was fully fitted with a range of amenities and the food was delicious. No complaints at all, a wonderful place to stay.
