Lijiang Hotels with Pools

Easy to find as is the tallest building in the town. The hotel has two parts to it- the International main building and a smaller 'local' style Which is where is stayed. Really lovely setting Just wasn't too impressed by the room Which had obviously seen better days. Pool on roof with a great view was a nice touch and breakfast had me set off for my journey in a good mood. Would come again, Just Hope for a better room. PS: Collins at reception speaks English Really well and has been working at the hotel since it was built twenty years ago and is a great Welcome host

The location is good because it is in the city but also close to the old town. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. The problem was the coldness, everywhere in the hotel was cold during our stay in February. We had to have breakfast with our jackets on and next to the heater. The staff does not speak English but we were able to communicate with the translator and wechat. Overall it is a good hotel and good value for money.

The hotel is very big and the rooms are large. The hotel is in a quiet location with a very good environment and convenient parking. The children were given breakfast, which was very good. The most recommended thing is that you can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the balcony of the room. Key recommendation: On the 3rd floor of the hotel, head towards room 3001. There is a staircase. You can go up to see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain without any obstruction. If the weather is good, you can see the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. The hotel service is very good, and there are volunteers to help take the luggage to the room. I lost a room card and didn't ask for compensation. During the Spring Festival, this price-performance ratio is really good in Lijiang. Highly recommended for self-driving tours! ! ! Because I stayed for two nights, I ate a la carte at Indigo on the first day, and ate at InterContinental on the second day. I could see the snow-capped mountains and the beautiful scenery! The most worth mentioning is that although the Intercontinental Time Bar is just a lobby bar, open from morning to night, they can make great classic cocktails, drink in front of the snow-capped mountains, and chat with interesting people, which is very happy. Manager Will is very professional and the whole experience is great. There is one detail that I will never forget. When Will was making wine for us, three foreigners suddenly came in and quickly gave them orders because he was making wine for us and Feng was making coffee. I was a little worried. Afeng said the guests didn't want them, but Will said they were willing to come, take good care of them and pour a glass of water. Pros: This is a good hotel for a family! My son loves the animal feeding activities. The view at the tea house is amazing. The hotel has their own game room, convenient store, etc. They have many restaurants and taste delicious!! Breakfast has lots of choices and starts early. The expat manager/supervisor woman was really nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating! Thank you! Cons: 1. The front desk/reception. They need to be more welcome and friendly. They were snobbish, not welcome and can’t really speak english (its a chain hotel, hyatt hotel!). We were just about to checked in and were greeted with those frown, if only we havent paid the room we were thinking to move to pullman instead. 2. Book for mountain view room, but they gave us no mountain view. we have to ask to move to other room. 3. We got the room we want, but i think they havent clean the room for awhile, the floor is filthy. 4 if only there is no time schedule to see the alpaca since some people already has their plans for the day and the time schedule might not be fit with guest itineraries. Or they can give us the hotel schedule once we booked the hotel so we can work on our itineraries before check in. Conclusion: we really enjoyed our stay. Other staffs beside the front desk are nice and friendly. Might come back if they improve the front desk ladies.

The location of the inn is really good. The car can drive directly to the door. The housekeeper Xiaoying added WeChat 2 days in advance to tell me how to get to the inn and upgraded me to a celebrity room. During the 3 days of stay, if I had any questions, I sent a message to the housekeeper, and it was answered and solved in seconds. It was really considerate!!! The hotel environment is even better. After all, it is the filming location of Youth Travels. The garden is really beautiful. It’s not that the holiday time is not enough, I want to stay for two more days. It’s really comfortable!!!

Beautiful hotel, great location very close to the ancient town. The Glacier Mountain View from the hotel room is super convenient to watch sunrise and the alpenglow. The room was luxurious. The bed was comfortable. Great breakfast buffet and afternoon tea. Good internet connection. The service was flawless. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially 安娜/小娟 was very helpful and competent. Will definitely book again. A tip: the ancient town itself has corbel stone throughout, hence very difficult to navigate with a luggage. This hotel is located outside the ancient town and directly accessible via cars. A big win!
