The hotel is right across the road from the station. It couldn't be any closer. It's a good choice for business. The room is very big and convenient. The breakfast is simple but completely satisfactory. It's a very good choice.

I basically don’t comment on the hotels I have stayed in, but in order to prevent Chinese people from coming back disappointed when they come to beautiful Lille, I would like to share my shortcomings. Serve: 1. We arrived at the hotel at close to 12 noon on the day of check-in and were told that the room type we ordered had not been cleaned yet and asked us to come back at 2 o'clock. This is understandable; we returned to the hotel at 1:30 after lunch and were asked to check whether the hotel room was ready. We were told that it would be at 2 o'clock; so we continued to wait in the lobby; we got up very early in the morning and were already very sleepy when we arrived in Lille; when we arrived at 2 o'clock, the lobby staff did not take the initiative to check whether the room was OK for us, nor did they tell us whether it was OK. After checking in, I went to the front desk again and asked him. I asked him to help me ask if the housing keeping department was OK. Then I called and asked, but was told that it was not OK. After waiting for another 20 minutes, my wife went to ask and informed me directly. If it doesn't come out, it won't make a difference if you continue to wait. At 2:30, I asked again, and after checking, it was agreed. There is no explanation either. They didn’t take the initiative to talk to us about the situation (we were sitting in front of the reception) 2. The next day, the refrigerator door could not be opened. I went out in the morning and told the front desk that she would find someone to fix it, and they agreed. When I returned to the room around 8 pm, the room was cleaned, but the refrigerator door still could not be opened. (There was milk in it, etc.), I called again and asked them to call someone to repair it and help me open the refrigerator door, but nothing happened. 3. The black guy at Housing Keeping has a very good attitude. If you ask for slippers, toothbrushes, etc., he will bring them over quickly. I have to like this! Sanitary facilities: 1. Hilton rooms do not have air conditioning! Hilton rooms have no air conditioning! Hilton rooms have no air conditioning! It's really unheard of for a five star hotel to not have air conditioning. I couldn't believe it. I went to the front desk to ask on the day I checked in. The front desk told me that there was no air conditioning, only a fan. The front desk asked me: Do you feel hot? First of all: there is air conditioning in the lobby, of course it is not hot, and it feels ventilated; second: you cannot open the windows in your house, it will be very depressing without air conditioning; it is almost 3 o'clock, and we have plans to watch the US team's game in the evening. At nine o'clock, I didn't care so much and was ready to take a rest. I turned on the fan and it got hotter and hotter because the only window was the sunset. The whole room is just a steamer. It’s definitely above 28 degrees! ! ! ! 2. I couldn’t get through the phone many times. Sometimes someone at the front desk answered, and sometimes everyone answered. 3. The room phone still has the Crowne Plaza logo on it. 4. The bathroom is super hot 5. Dirty carpet 6. There is no ventilation in the bathroom 7. The inside of the capsule coffee machine is very dirty. I don’t know if it’s scale or stains, so I haven’t used it. 8. The fan blows a lot of air and the child catches a cold. environment: 1. Lille Europe Station is next to it, which is very convenient. It only takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk to Flanders Station. It is very convenient for compatriots who want to go to Belgium, Charles de Gaulle Airport, etc. and have train plans. 2. There is a French restaurant 2 minutes’ walk behind the hotel which is quite good. It is recommended to avoid pitfalls.

The room was very spacious and the location was quite good. Just across the street from Lille Europe Station, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the city center. On the other side of the station is a large shopping mall with Carrefour inside, which is very convenient.

It's close to the European train station and has convenient transportation. The hotel has a unique appearance and the staff is polite and willing to help. The room is comfortable and the view is great. There are hair dryers, coffee machines and complete facilities.

Opposite the Eurostar train station. Convenient to travel. The architecture in Lille is stunning and can be reached on foot
