The hotel is located just across from Lille Europe train station. It is perfect for overnight stay to catch early morning train. During the stay, the gym was broken, which was not a good sign. In addition, although the room is quite comfortable and clean, the quality of the bathroom can be improved.

Convenient location, right across from the Lille-Europe station and close to the main subway station and the city center. There is a Carrefour market in the Westfield shopping mall across from the hotel, which was great. The hotel is a bit old though. There is an AC, but it is not strong, and I can only control weak to strong instead of exact temperature. I recommend this hotel for its convenient location.

I will be careful from now on to book via trip.com as not accurate! No way this is 4 stars hotel and no way opened last year ! Nonsense as already looks run down! The lift broke down ( the only lift by the way) ! Never again !

Great location, friendly staff and a good compromise for who travels for business in Belgium and France

The carpet is dirty. The only advantage is that it is close to the Eurostar. Ten minutes' walk is another railway station to Dunkirk and Paris, Normandy and so on. The Hotel location is ok but the room are not clean at all. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel really need improve cleaning standards especially for crown plaza.

Good hotel in Lille

This hotel is very convenient for transportation. It is right outside the European station and easy to find. But their service is really a bit. The waiter opened the door and entered my room casually, which scared me. Then he gave me a bag of chips, which I didn't dare to take. Then the waiter was wearing a headscarf and carrying a big bag. I was not sure whether this was a waiter? Then there was a woman knocking on the door at night. I might not have heard it. Then I saw this woman was always at my door through the peephole. I don't know what happened. I always feel unsafe. By the way, they also collected a deposit of 50 euros, which has not been returned to me yet. Also, when I first moved in, there were a lot of things left by the previous guest in the drawer, such as medicine, lighters, and brands. Then I took pictures and asked them to take them away. They have one advantage, the view from this window is very good.

I went out in the morning and told the front desk that she would find someone to fix it, and they agreed. When I returned to the room around 8 pm, the room was cleaned, but the refrigerator door still could not be opened. (There was milk in it, etc.), I called again and asked them to call someone to repair it and help me open the refrigerator door, but nothing happened. 3. The black guy at Housing Keeping has a very good attitude. If you ask for slippers, toothbrushes, etc., he will bring them over quickly. I have to like this! Sanitary facilities: 1. Hilton rooms do not have air conditioning! Hilton rooms have no air conditioning! Hilton rooms have no air conditioning! It's really unheard of for a five star hotel to not have air conditioning. I couldn't believe it. I went to the front desk to ask on the day I checked in. The front desk told me that there was no air conditioning, only a fan. The front desk asked me: Do you feel hot? First of all: there is air conditioning in the lobby, of course it is not hot, and it feels ventilated; second: you cannot open the windows in your house, it will be very depressing without air conditioning; it is almost 3 o'clock, and we have plans to watch the US team's game in the evening. At nine o'clock, I didn't care so much and was ready to take a rest. I turned on the fan and it got hotter and hotter because the only window was the sunset. The whole room is just a steamer. It’s definitely above 28 degrees! ! ! ! 2. I couldn’t get through the phone many times. Sometimes someone at the front desk answered, and sometimes everyone answered. 3. The room phone still has the Crowne Plaza logo on it. 4. The bathroom is super hot 5. Dirty carpet 6. There is no ventilation in the bathroom 7. The inside of the capsule coffee machine is very dirty. I don’t know if it’s scale or stains, so I haven’t used it. 8. The fan blows a lot of air and the child catches a cold. environment: 1. Lille Europe Station is next to it, which is very convenient. It only takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk to Flanders Station. It is very convenient for compatriots who want to go to Belgium, Charles de Gaulle Airport, etc. and have train plans. 2. There is a French restaurant 2 minutes’ walk behind the hotel which is quite good. It is recommended to avoid pitfalls.

The room was very spacious and the location was quite good. Just across the street from Lille Europe Station, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the city center. On the other side of the station is a large shopping mall with Carrefour inside, which is very convenient.

It's close to the European train station and has convenient transportation. The hotel has a unique appearance and the staff is polite and willing to help. The room is comfortable and the view is great. There are hair dryers, coffee machines and complete facilities.
