The service was good, the room clean and it was near a shopping center.
The only thing I didn’t like was the loud noise from the trains but if that doesn’t bother you it is a great stay.

The location is perfect for travel. Eurostar train, Lille Flandres and taxi, you can go to anywhere, Behind the hotel is one of the biggest shopping malls. You can find any food if you want,

Be aware that this is a budget hotel. Initially we were given a room that was dirty and not maintained properly, another room was issues and it was great. The shower in the bathroom was a little cramped but manageable. The location is good and it's easy to find. It's close to the cities restaurants and a short walk to the old city. There is a main shopping centre attached and a great place to find breakfast.

Stayed here for three nights. The location is very good. There is a large supermarket and shopping mall downstairs. It is only a few minutes' walk to the train station and only ten minutes to the attractions in the city center. The price/performance ratio is good.

Aparthotel very well located between Lille Flandre station and Lille Europe. Right next to the Euralille shopping center and the crossroads.
The bedding is perfect, but it could do with a facelift.
On the other hand, very poorly received by a young man, more interested in his cell phone than in customer reception. He refused to open the upstairs toilets for us.

Great location, specially for short stays! Everything is walking distance and if you arrive/leave by bus or train you’ll be only 5 mins away!
Staff are friendly, they allow you to leave your bags during the day after check out.
Amenities were okay, although when we arrived the room smelled too much like cleaning products, but everything was clean and neat so we only left the window open and was fine. But other than that good stay for the price/cost of the rooms

Hi I’m very happy first of all the location is fantastic, the room was extremely clean, clean bedding, clean cooking area , microwave was very clean the fridge as well toilet was clean , I felt at home , I did not go to restaurants I was cooking my own food which is excellent, the supermarket carrefour is just round the corner of the hotel , and the big shopping centre Eurasia Lille just round the corner excellent location to someone that want to save money on transport, another thing both Lille Europe station and Lille Flandre is just round the corner, it’s a walking distance, everything is just next to each other , I will definitely come back to visit Lille again and stay at the hotel, good customer care excellent communication, all staff can speak different languages which is excellent, thank you séjour Lille affaires apart hotel see you next time THANKYOU
