There were mosquitoes as soon as we entered the room, and we also found spiders later😢The bathroom design is very strange, there is no bath screen or shower curtain to separate dry and wet areas. I have booked many hotels on the trip.com platform, and this is the one with the worst experience. In addition, two hotel platforms in a row did not notify the hotel of opening a sofa bed according to the reservation remark. The hotel was not prepared at all. Personnels agréables, accueillants, souriants et disponibles. Dommage que des travaux étaient en cours dans l’immeuble voisin, dont les nuisances sonores dès 8h30 le matin ne sont pas cependant pas imputables au personnel du BOA HOTEL.

Petit hôtel sympathique très bien situé et joliment décoré. Le personnel est gentil, souriant. La chambre est juste parfaite, literie top, très confortable, accueillante avec des belles idées de petits gestes qui font plaisirs. Très bon petit déjeuner, beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Le parking est un petit plus non négligeable à quelques mètres. Photos conforme à la description sur leur site. Un grand merci, hâte d'y retourner

Week-end end en amoureux réalisé avec succès grâce à l accueil et au professionnalisme du personnel. Chambre propre, décoration sublime. Cadeau de bienvenue dans la chambre. La literie était parfaite ainsi que la température de la chambre. Aucune nuisance sonore. Petit déjeuner excellent. Il manque juste un accès libre service aux boissons (celles ci sont servies à table). Nous avons apprécié le cocktail offert concernant notre choix pour l entretien de la chambre (changement de drap par nuitée) Situation géographique pour les transports en commun à 2 minutes à pieds de la gare Lille Flandres, métro. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Chouette chambre , propre , personnels sympathiques , rien a redire. Merci à Malorie pour son aide lors de l'inscription. Bon petit déjeuner , avec beaucoup de choix , très belle salle ,seul pétit bémol (mais je ne m'étais pas renseigné avant) le chien n'est pas admis dans la salle du déjeuner.
