Novotel Suites Gare Lille Europe Reviews

Book this hotel because we had a train at 6am and it was next to the station. We had an issue because we booked for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids). But at the hotel, they says we only booked for 2 adults and they asked us to pay additionnal fee for extra people. The issue was between the booking platform and the hotel. I don't know how but somehow the commnication between them was incorrect. And it was to the customer to pay again because of the mistake between them. And the hotel was telling us that we were cheating, trying to go with 4 people and paying for 2 which was wrong.

The location was very convenient for train travelling. I arrived next door at Lille Europe and continued the next day to Lille Flandres station. Walked to both. The hotel is also working a very nice walk to city centre. Very safe and lively walk. The Westfield shopping mall is nearby so shopping is made easy. Large mini suite. My son travelled with me so we had the small bed made out, but still had plenty of room. Only thing are that the bathroom and toilet room seem prefabricated and are kind of wonky (though very functional. My son felt they felt as if we were in a train bathroom. All and all, very nice. *we did not eat at the cafeteria (it is not a restaurant, really).

Located next to Lille Europe station and within walking distance of city centre. Big shopping mall nearby but old city (Vielle Lille) is much more interesting. Large modern room with a microwave and coffee machine. Good breakfast.

Staff team is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for travel via Lille Europe Station.

The location is first-class, next to the Lille Europe train station, and there is a subway, making travel convenient. There is a storage service and the staff is friendly and willing to help. I have a good impression. The room is spacious and has enough space for 3 people. However, the air conditioning is not enough. An extra electric fan is provided. There is also a problem with the ventilation in the bathroom and there is a peculiar smell.

The front desk service is friendly and will give you a map and introduce the attractions suitable for visiting. For the convenience of travel, I specially found a hotel close to the train station, which was more satisfactory than I expected. The room is very large and there is even a kettle for boiling water...

The location is good, just opposite Lille Europe Station and just outside the station. It's a bit of a walk to get to the old town, but it's still acceptable. The room is quite big, but it's a bit strange that the toilet and rain are so far away. The point is that they don't offer anything, and you can't even buy it if you want it. You can only buy it at Carrefour across the street. The sewer in the shower room drains very slowly, and it will overflow after taking a bath, making it very dirty. The biggest drawback is the breakfast, which is too basic and has not improved over the years.

The room is very good, the service is good, clean and tidy, and it is convenient to travel. The train station is very close and the city center is only a ten-minute walk away. It is very warm and suitable for business travel reservations

The location is good. There are train stations, subway stations, large shopping malls, and pubs nearby. All the places can be reached in 5 minutes. The streets are clean and you don't feel dangerous when walking on the streets at night.

The hotel is in a very good location, convenient for taking trains and buses. The room layout is also very reasonable, clean and hygienic, and the sound insulation is very good. It is not affected by the bus station, train station and people coming and going on the road.

The location is convenient and opposite the Lille Europe train station. The house is large. I choose this hotel every time I go on a business trip.
