Room No. 36: All the staff were friendly. Day and night. Perfect location (right in front of the train station and less than 10 minutes walk from the different squares and Euralille). The room was sufficient for our stay in Lille. Super clean. Excellent bedding. Nickel heating. No view of the street (just an interior courtyard), which is perfect for a peaceful night's sleep except for a noise emanating from turbines or others (I don't know!) but that didn't bother me. The bathroom in our room is not very large and is not suitable for tall or heavy people. There was a little attention for our arrival (New Year), a kind word, good wishes and a small present. It was nice. Besides, I thank them again for this little attention because I did not know how to respond (no pen!) to the letter. The breakfast is more than sufficient and is frankly very good. The elevator is very narrow and small but sufficient. Please note: carpet in the room and in the corridors. To check for those with allergies!! In summary: 2-star hotel that deserves to be known. Honestly a very good 2 star +++++. A small 2 star

This hotel is good enough for just one night stay. Bed linen or towels are not clean. But it's centered on the reel, so it's safe and easy to transport. You can stay overnight

Pretty good next time

Location is excellent and for the price it can't be beaten. It's literally a 30 second walk from the main train station in Lille and closeby to the center. For a 2* there really are no complaints. Easy access to Lille stadium for the rugby. I recccomend staying here for the price and location.

Booked for 4 nights, stayed for 4 minutes Absolutely filthy. Toilet floor was disgusting. Door to the bathroom was broken. Holes in the carpets. Mouldy shower curtain and a number of suspicious stains which didn't encourage further investigation.

A couple of nights spent here. It's a basic hotel opposite the Gare Lille Flanders. Very handy for the city centre. OK value for money, hotel a bit frayed around the edges. But was happy with what I paid for what I received.

Positives : cheap, near main train station, late check-in till 12. Negatives: no tea/coffee in rooms, singles smaller than any of the photos (cramped for 2 people), medium wifi strength on floor five Only a 2 star but ideal for stop over when travelling for work. Breakfast not obligatory. Check out starts at 3am for early start/airport. Quiet room facing the back meant little noise from the front so as for quiet room if necessary.

We stay in Hotel Continental for 1 night and it was very confortable to stay in the room. It's a simple room, not luxurious, but it has the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bed, place to store your bags, simple but clean bathroom with hairdryer (very important if you are traveling to Lille where it's cold and you don't want to go out with wet hair). Price quality right. The location is perfect, next to the transtation, bus and center of the city.

I was looking for a convenient hotel for a late arrival in Lille by train and an early departure. No need to spend a fortune on it because it was just for a sleep stop. The price is indeed inexpensive for Lille and the location in front of Lille Flandres station is very practical. The staff is welcoming and courteous. The compliments will stop there because the whole thing is dilapidated and the soundproofing is non-existent... you have the impression of being in a dormitory and sharing the room with your neighbors! Basic and poor quality breakfast. So ok for the price if that's your goal but for 10-15€ more you'll find much better around the station.

Very inexpensive hotel, very well located, which does the job for a tourist weekend in Lille on a tight budget 😉. Double room small but clean and with everything you need. Breakfast also very good considering the price. A nice surprise!

I only give one star because otherwise I cannot post this review, which nevertheless highlights a very positive point. I will not comment on the services of the hotel, it has just been taken over and a major cleaning is planned for December as it was explained to me. But it remains complicated to give a nice rating. On the other hand, I can only salute the professionalism, seriousness, patience and kindness of Tewfik, who, if I understood correctly, is the night receptionist. I was confronted with some inconveniences, and he was able to defuse the situation brilliantly, proposing solutions, and never losing his professionalism or his smile. Thanks to him, these are rare qualities that deserve to be celebrated.
