C’était très bien juste une odeur dégoût dans les chambres de ma collègue et la mienne. Mais sinon rien à redire l’emplacement est très bien, le confort aussi et bon petit dej.

I was staying between the 24th of May and the 27th of May and I had my hotel was robbed by two men who broke in through the back door of the hotel. Having reviewed the security tapes, I saw that the staff were not adequately protecting that particular exit, and after dealing with the police the staff have been disappointingly unhelpful. My deposit has not been refunded after three weeks, I've emailed the hotel at various points to ask for an update concerning the deposit and my police report and they did not respond, I had to call them myself after no reply and they admitted that it would take up to two months for the deposit to be refunded! Insanity. A terrible experience, one of the worst I've had at a hotel. Never come here, they do not care about you.

2 nuits dans cet hotel en juin 2024. Chambre donnant sur cour, calme et lumineuse. Literie agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Situation face à la gare Lille Flandres et 450 m à pieds de la Grand Place, métro également en bas de l'hôtel.

Nous avons séjourné deux jours à l'hôtel La Valiz à Lille et avons été très satisfaits de notre expérience. L'accueil était très bien, l'équipe étant à la fois compréhensive et arrangeante. lls ont fait en sorte que nous nous sentions bien pendant toute la durée de notre séjour et ont répondu à tous nos besoins. Les chambres sont propres, confortables, bien entretenues et très calmes, nous avons donc parfaitement dormi. Le petit-déjeuner sucré et salé était délicieux, et la vue de la salle était très appréciable. De plus, nous avons pu profiter du parking en partenariat avec I'hôtel ainsi que du service de dépôt de bagages en attendant que notre chambre soit prête. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et reviendrons certainement lors de nos prochaines visites à Lille.
