Hotel idéalement situé pour ceux qui arrivent ou partent de la gare Flandres. On y est en 30 secondes. L'hôtel est en cours de rénovation, notamment les salles de bain. Ils en sont au 5ème étage et vont en descendant... Donc les chambres sont globalement propres et en bon état, mais les salles de bain sont vétustes. Mon panneau de douche était remplacé par un rideau + traces de moisissures. Petit problème d'isolation thermique et phonique, quand on donne sur la rue on est facilement incommodé par le bruit extérieur. Le staff est très sympa, et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bien. En synthèse, si vous êtes habitué au Novotel/Mercure, ça va piquer un peu. Ce sera mieux une fois les rénovations terminées, dans quelques mois.

Passez son chemin
Chambre donnant sur la rue, très bruyante, mauvaise isolation. Une odeur de remontée d'égouts assez forte dans la salle de bains. L'intérieur de la chambre est correct, les parties communes sont vieillissantes
