Stayed from 11/4 to 12/4. Last night we checked in at 11pm and it was a very very terrible experience because we were cheated with the receptionist on the room price. First of all they told us that the price given was a ‘festival price’ for the room Rp600 and the room was registered under my brother’s name room number 103. The staff gave the room key without giving the payment receipt. The moment we entered the room, the room condition is very horrible same goes with the toilet until my husband slipped in the toilet and caused a bruise. So not worth with the price that we’ve paid for a room with a lot of defects. And this morning, we found out that the room registered was not under my brother’s name and our room is actually inclusive of breakfast for 2 person and water park pass for 2 person as well. We just found out at around 10.03am and the breakfast time already finish.

juli is my birthday day month, so i decided to go to Emerone hotel for celebrating my birthday with my friends. and i admit this hotel had a big potential just need to be more seen by people it will be get more fame in my opinion. and of course the quality talk themselves, really enjoyed. and don't forget to the receptionist, Ms. Dian who giving us the best hospitality and accompany us in this hotel, she is the best receptionist i know there so please give her a rise 😉
