Best Places to Stay Near La Rambla in Lima

Staying on a business trip. The breakfast is very good, simple but not simple. There are boiled eggs. It is too unexpected. I like to live in a twin room, one bed to sleep and rest, and the other bed to put things. There is a parking lot. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the exhibition hall for 10 sols. There is no KFC nearby, which is a bit embarrassing. In addition, local restaurants in Lima are basically open at 11/12 noon, and breakfast can only be solved at the hotel early in the morning. Reminder: The traffic jam in Lima is very serious! ! ! If you go to the airport, please reserve at least 4-5 hours in advance to avoid missed flights👿

A beautiful hotel I can only recommend it, the staff very friendly. Rooms very clean, very beautiful and quiet. Rooms with safe and a refrigerator. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, the bus is not far and also good restaurants in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is the best choice.

We had an awesome Pisco Sour Experience with Aiana Omar. After purchasing the delicious Pisco we also could participate in a ”how to mix Pisco”. They showed us all the incrediences and how to mix them together to end with a super delicious result. Thank you!

Very clean environment, great people and amazing amenities. Customer reps are always on top of customer needs. The breakfast is excellent as well as the service. Additionally, rooms are very clean, and the environment is relaxed out of sounds. Hotel is close to many amenities and restaurants on hands.

This Hampton in Lima’s reliable San Isidro neighborhood is a magnificent one for any type of stay. - Location: It’s within walking distance to many must-see attractions and must-eat restaurants, as well as to public transit. San Isidro is safe and reliable for a tourist or business stay. A nice pedestrian median on Av Arequipa, which forms the western border of the hotel, offers a great way to access Parque Kennedy and Miraflores (basically straight south). No walk is longer than 30 minutes. - Atmosphere: The Hampton touches I’m used to were evident here, but they were elevated and enhanced in such a way that only non-USA Hamptons can accomplish. Touch surfaces were absolutely spotless, and natural light always filtered into the lobby through the large, wrap-around windows on the ninth floor (yes, the lobby is high up!). The property is not huge, but it’s just perfectly compact. - Service: A strong commitment to customer service is very clear. I never encountered a passive or unhelpful member of staff. Everyone seemed to greatly enjoy their job, and that type of joy is infectious. I was also impressed at the level of detail the staff remembers from previous days and relays to the rest of the team—if I had an issue that could only be taken care of the following morning, the hotel wouldn’t forget; they would check on me first thing the next day and ask if and when someone could fix it. That’s expected at a Ritz Carlton, not a Hampton…but that’s the beauty of Latin America! - Room: My quarters were fresh, spacious, and as clean as a COVID-era hospital. Does this place EVER age?! It doesn’t seem like it! Everything I needed for my one-night rest was provided in my room. Soundproofing was not quite to my personal standards, but that’s ok. - Value: Value-wise, this hotel rocks. Even though I booked at a discounted rate ($40) through Go Hilton, the average price seldom exceeds $100. Budget-conscious travelers with a craving for earning points will love this Hampton. Plus, the free, hearty breakfast for all makes it totally worth it. While it isn’t luxury, nobody can go wrong with this wonderful Hampton. I highly recommend it.

Thank you very much to the great staff of the Hilton Garden Inn for a wonderful experience. I had a brief 2 day stay in Lima between trips in Huaraz and Huacachina. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite on the 9th floor based on my status and the room was better than most Garden Inn's in the United States. The hotel was within walking distance to a Wong's supermarket and a couple restaurants, so it was nice not needing to take a taxi for a couple days. The hotel had a decent breakfast and a good gym. But the best part was the comfort of the room. I had doubts staying in this neighborhood as most tourists stay in Miraflores, but I felt safe and appreciated the good deal with using points at this hotel. Overall - this was a great stay if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable brief stay in Lima.

The hotel is in a good location with main approaching streets in several directions. The staff attention is excellent in particular security. The rooms are very good. Quick Internet The food is very good quality and taste. The gym is a little basic. The pool is very nice but limited by weather conditions.

The hotel itself is not 7 stars, but it is the people who work there who makes it such a nice place. Didn’t have a bad experience here, my wife and I happened to be in Peru for a funeral and I had a health issue due to the emotional stress. Santiago from the reception was prompt to call the ambulance and they could fix the situation. Also when friends and family came to visit, I befriended waiter Carlos Abanto, very good guy, he deserves all the compliments, super professional. Because of people like them I plan to come back. Also Zarai Chileno (waitress) was nice and Jose the guy who used to clean my room. With this staff and location I assure you a lot of returning business and many good years to come.
