It was a great experience staying in the Mediterranean City of Dreams for 2 nights!
The room is large and new, the bed is very comfortable, and the balcony view is unbeatable;
The breakfast is very rich, the latte coffee is delicious, and the Chinese restaurant is particularly recommended. The barbecued pork and roast duck are very good, completely beyond expectations;

When we arrive at city of dreams we are surprised for the positive vibes in cod, but hen you saw nermine wawwwwwwww she is sooooo beatiful, aazing charming lady, she meet and greet is and she did tour for us , she is so georgos and sharming. We live you lady, we will come always for you

Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was virtually non-existent. Upon arrival, our rooms were not ready on time, and we were forced to wait well past check-in time. To make matters worse, even by 2 PM the next day, our rooms were still not made up. We had to remind the staff twice before someone finally came to clean them. Adding to our frustration, the entire resort had no place where we could buy sunscreen, which makes no sense for a vacation destination. There was a bright spot—the lovely young lady, Eirini, at the Aura. She was very friendly and helpful, making our day better. Unfortunately, witnessing the manager reprimand her for holding our child was uncalled for and added to our overall negative experience. In summary, the poor service, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional behavior by management make it difficult to recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful and clean hotel. Many restaurant options. Asian restaurant was lovely, Anais as well. Would not recommend the stake house , we got starters after 40 mins and main courses after 1 hour+. It is understandable that was busy hour though the staff seemed to be in panic making to much noise ,almost felt being in local tavernas. Far from the elegant ad vibrant atmosphere that being advertised, when you pay 100+ per person you definitely expect more.

Fantastic holiday from the first minute. Flora received us at reception, took care of all our needs during our stay until check out. Very sweet, polite and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pools are unbelievable. The food and ****** are top notch. No need to leave this beautiful place- a one stop shop! Can’t wait to return.
