The staff was very friendly. Room and hallway was clean. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, bagels... okay but not much protein. The hotel was a little off the street, so not much street noise. The price was right.

We booked our room last minute due to weather related issues. This is an old property in a great location in relation to the University, presumably in the process of a renovation. It sits in an old part of the city with several moderately priced/fast food resturants in close proximity as well as a Wal-mart and is easily accessible from I-80.
I feel the need to mention again, it's in an older part of Lincoln.
The staff was extremely helpful. My generous rating was because of that help, not the property, although it is adequate on a last minute budget.

To start the place was being renovated and the room was not done but they wanted to still use them. Large space but undone, no light works and every room had lamps. Not good for business.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The 3rd floor hallway had the worst smell, I think it was a combo of smoke and mildew. The room seemed clean, but the washcloths and bath water smelled horrible.
