Family-friendly Hotels in Lingshui

We had a great time at the Aloha. The beach and pools were absolutely lovely. The real win was kindness shown by the manager, Carlos. The Aloha is a huge resort made up of more than one building. We originally booked a family suite which was in a different building from the main one. While there was nothing wrong with it, you definitely felt the difference. We spoke to the manager and he upgraded us to a suite in the main building that was obviously better renovated and it gave us a frontline sea view with jacuzzi bath on the balcony. Thank you, Carlos! A couple of things to consider, breakfast is mainly Chinese options and gets rather busy. And maybe we just didn't understand but we struggled with making our room cool enough. On the final day the air conditioner seemed to stop working. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Aloha for a lovely to time.

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great time. Charlie at the front desk was very warm and helpful. Actually all of the staff are warm and helpful and professionally trained. We're given a free upgrade which was nice. Food was great, worth to be called a 5 star quality; be it the breakfast buffet or room service (big serving portions). It was not very crowded when we were there which is good. Our kids love the slides, paddle board, animals by the kids club, and the new addition this year...the bubble bath. We stayed here summer last year too and we felt the service and everything has improved. Beds are comfy and cleanliness is on point too. There is also a small snack shop which was convenient; however, the jackfruit we bought there was not very good.

This island is always worth the trip and the cost. Amazing location and the natural beauty of island life is something everyone should experience. The staff is very helpful and there is a man that speak English that helps you sign up for different activities. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The watered down juices and lemonade were terrible and there isn’t a wide selection. Overall I will be visiting again.

We stayed there second time and it’s a wonderful peaceful place, not crowded, the perfect place to calm down from the busy Shanghai. We stayed in a Pool Villa what is really wonderful. All the staff is so nice and helpful, we needed the Covid Test at day 3 in Hainan and the hotel driver brought us to the local hospital to do it, very convenient, total time 20 minutes. The only weak point is the restaurant, very slow service, one hour to get drinks, maybe a communication problem. And restaurant is very loud. The other days we chose the bar for dinner, quiet, outside seating and drinks and food much quicker. When we need a quiet place we will always come back!

This place was incredible. We got a free upgrade to a suite with huge terrace and sea view. Beach is nice and has some amenities. Breakfast is also large and nice. Service very good. If you drive and want to discover places off the beaten track, this place is recommendable. Free parking in front of the hotel.

We spent 4 nights at Raffles Hainan during Christmas holidays with my family and definitely it's the best experience we had in Hainan. We have tried several hotels in Sanya but none of them can be compared to Raffles. The resort is located in a privileged place, probably one of the few paradise left in entire Hainan. White and sandy beach, plus extremely clean. Before my arrival, I got in touch with the Spanish speaking manager, Joe Torres who made sure and went above and beyond to make sure my arrival was smooth and without any complications (Due Covid situation). Upon my arrival we were greeted by Joe Torres who arranged everything and promptly introduced our personal Butler, also named Joe. We had a fantastic room with phenomeal view to the sea, extremely clean, welcome decorations on our bed in Spanish (Nice and unique touch) and cute Christmas welcome amenities. The hotel looks in good shape even if it's already 8 years old. Breakfast was fantastic, probably the best I'ever had in Sanya with a wide selection of chinese and western options. My egg benedict was cooked on point and my daugther was delighted by the extensive pastry option. Also, big thank you to Jane & Eric, managers at the restaurant who took care of my dining during my stay. The lounge bar at the pool was my way to go when to have some food, for it's unique vibe and accessibility to the pool. I totally recommend their fried noodles and club sandwich. Quesadillas and tuna sandwich were not to my taste. Overall we had a fantastic christmas vacation with my entire family and thank the entire team at Raffles Hainan for make sure me and family had a smooth holidays. We will definitely come back and I totally recommend this place to those who look for privacy, quiteness and unique high end service.

The hotel is in a beautiful location right next to a nice golf course. It is a little far to get to from the airport but once your there then you don’t want to leave. The food was pretty good in the hotel but didn’t like the little nickel and diming if charging little fees here and there to use pool stuff. It should have all be included in the hotel fee. The beach is nice with some fine sand.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We booked a family room for the first night. There were some children's decorations in it that the children liked very much. The family room was fully booked for the second night, so we changed to a Yilin twin room. We could put the beds together and it was relatively comfortable for a family of four to sleep. Li Yuefeng at the front desk provided very good service and was very enthusiastic. She helped us upgrade to a 180-degree garden view twin room for free. It was great. The breakfast was rich and tasted very good. There were also many hot spring pools with various effects. The children had a lot of fun. I will choose to stay here again during future holidays. I also recommend it to everyone. The experience was good!

The hotel lobby looks very grand and magnificent just as it is seen on the Internet. The hotel has its own coastline, and the sand is very fine and comfortable to step on. If there are no mosquitoes to disturb me, I feel that I can stay here until midnight. Sitting on the beach and drinking at night is also a kind of enjoyment. It's a pity that I don't have a drinking companion, which is a bit regrettable. The room is cleaned very cleanly, and the bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath and relieve stress, relieving fatigue from running on the road. There are many kinds of delicious breakfast, which makes me, a person with difficulty in making choices, a little confused. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and greet them when they see them. The various signboards are also very detailed so that I, a road *****, will not be confused. I will come here to relax next time. Compared with Sanya, this place is really good. I like the hotel ❤️

Very satisfied with the hotel, the service is also very good, the hotel has a swimming pool, but it is only open in the afternoon. It is free to swim if you stay there. Unfortunately, I didn't bring a swimsuit. I went to the door to take a look. There were too many people and I couldn't take pictures of the big swimming pool. Overall, it is worth recommending
