Stunning apartment. Neat and clean, comfortable beds, a wonderful jacuzzi on the balcony and spectacular views of the ocean. Equipped with cooking appliances and 2 fridges. The beach is a few minutes away and many restaurants around. A very comfortable stay and very easy to check in.

It's a short walk to the beach and there's a food court nearby, although there aren't a lot of good options for food. The front desk was helpful and the bed was comfy. I enjoyed my stay there!

The hotel environment is very good, the service is very attentive, and the service staff are very kind. On the way back to the city, the front desk sent a message, telling us immediately that our child's phone and watch were lost at the hotel, and arranged for them to be mailed, which was great! When we were confused about our itinerary, the store clerk reminded us that we could travel on different dates. The lady in this apartment was very nice, but the room we stayed in was really not that good. Later I learned that this apartment was ten years old and the infrastructure was not very good. In the first room, the wall lamp flickered, and the air conditioner remote control had no power the next morning. I installed a beautiful bathtub, but when I drained it, it leaked all over the floor. When it was finished, the water was all yellow. In the second room, the indoor central air conditioner could not be repaired, so it was installed separately with Gree. But the exaggeration was that the air conditioner water pipe was directly placed in a bucket on the balcony. My dad poured them two buckets of water one night. The most exaggerated thing was that the indoor central air conditioner was not repairable. Unfortunately, the water supply was cut off at 11pm. The elder was embarrassed to say that he had not even taken a shower. When asked the next day, he said that there was no water bill and he had to recharge. The geographical environment of the community is very good and the location is excellent. There is a night market just outside the door. It's just a few minutes away from the beach of Clearwater Bay, but this is really the worst room I've stayed in during this trip.

The overall equipment is relatively old. There is a musty smell when you walk in (including the towels and quilts, which are not very good). The entire corridor is dark at night, especially when the elevator comes out, the lights are not bright and it is very dark. The TV in the room was not renewed, there were a lot of bugs and cockroaches, I don't know if the toothbrush cup has been washed, and there were some black spots on the quilt, I don't know if they were mold. The air conditioner was very noisy. Even if it was turned off, it would be very noisy. I really couldn't sleep at night... On the first day, the cleaning staff knocked on the door and cleaned the room at 10:50. The apartment is about 15-20 minutes' walk from the beach, not too far nor too close.

The room was very clean and the overall decoration was nice, with a subtle fragrance. The owner and the owner's wife were very warm and friendly, and pet-friendly! I brought two dogs and had a great time! I will stay here again next time I go to Kailingshui!

The one-bedroom room has a great view, complete room facilities, a great view from the balcony, very good service attitude, clean community environment, and responsible security personnel.
