Location is good, there's a food street just right at the entrance, the apartment is spacious and clean, staff are nice, a short walk to the beach.

The hotel is in a great location in Lingshui in Qingshui Bay, near a food street with a variety of options. The hotel is a service apartment - each room has a kitchen area including a sink and stove. The rooms are large and include lounging chairs, balcony, separate shower, toilet, and bath tub. Beds are large, slightly hard by western standards, but comfortable. Rooms come with a TV and powerful air conditioner. The balcony offers Seaviews and a washing machine. The beach, a very long stretch of sand, is accessible in less than 5 minutes walk. There is a pool and fitness center on site. Guests are offered free photo shoot by the hotel on the beach, a nice perk. A good, affordable place to stay if traveling the coast of Hainan.

The beach area was a big plus. It was good for the amount paid.

The beach is excellent! Clean, clear and not crowded! The pool was closed which was very disappointing. The rooms had a weird smell and we were told that the hot tubs on the balcony are only for decoration because the jets don’t work. Comfy beds though! Staff are helpful too.

First of all, it didn't say it's not a regular hotel and there's no actual pool next to it, so I feel tricked. More accurate description can be found on Chinese Ctrip, so I recommend starting with this. If you're looking for a longer stay with your family in blocks of flats in a regular apartment close to the Clear Water Bay and snack street it's a very good choice. The beach and nearby marina are highly recommended

I initially planned to stay for a night but later extended my stay, the place was so perfect, so serene, a mere 7 minute walk to the beach.

Helpful staff. Gym and pool closed due to covid. Good view and quiet neighbours. Easy access to shops and restaurants.

Great location and nice staff

The location is quiet. Go downstairs and walk for three minutes to the food court. The view from the room is very beautiful and the service from the lady at the front desk is also very good. Recommended

Went there in the off-season. There were not many people and it was quiet. You could see the beach from the balcony and the scenery was great. There was a food street and the beach not far away, and the transportation was convenient. The service was also good, and the parking fee was reimbursed.

It's very close to the beach. Even though it's a sea view room, it's still a bit far away. The room is quite big and the environment is very good. If you stay after the National Day, the house price is not expensive.

The check-in experience was very good, very close to the beach, only a few minutes away, a real sea view room, you can see the iconic lighthouse from the balcony, it is also great to take photos, the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced the delicious and fun places in the surrounding area

The sea view parent-child room we booked was very large and hygienic. It was very good in all aspects. The restaurant and bar package provided by the hotel and the travel photography were really great. The travel photography girl was very patient and guided the movements. You can go to the Liberty Lighthouse Beach in five minutes downstairs. It is very convenient for children to play in the water. I have already recommended it to my friends.
