Overall we definitely enjoyed the stay, the staffs were really nice and patient to answer our questions, and the restaurant there was awesome as well. However, the toilet in our room seemed to have problems with the flush can apparently they couldn’t fix it. Despite, I recommend this hotel for your journey.

Tre punti come le stelle che merita la struttura, il personale, le camere e i servizi, . Ci sarebbe da rivalutare bene i servizi offerti , non si può attraversare un hall dell'hotel in accappatoio e percorrere un corridoio esterno per raggiungere l'area relax "già tutto questo è un grande stress". Nelle camere ci sono dei problemi o difetti che un 4 stelle dovrebbe non avere , durante la doccia, le temperature dell'acqua variano da tanto freddo a caldo senza toccare nemmeno la manopola , i muri andrebbero imbiancati almeno ogni 3 mesi e non lasciare i segni in giro per la camera, in bagno molte magie con il silicone. Miniclub senza un gioco che invogli i bambini a restare in quella stanza, non puoi dare ai bambini un foglio e una penna per farli solo scrivere. Angolo bar inesistente, guardando le foto e il vostro sito internet alzate di molto le aspettative ma arrivati sul posto c'è molta delusione, rivalutate bene il tutto o magari togliete una stella, 3 potrebbero andare bene.

Splendido albergo con parcheggio di fronte libero. Camera con terrazza privata. Ben servito e con un panorama mozzafiato sull’Etna. Camera quadrupla spaziosa Staff gentile Apprezzato il servizio accappatoio per la Spa. Colazione ricca e varia ottima.

Algo apartado del centro de Linguaglossa que no tiene mucho interés pero el alojamiento está muy bien, coincido con ese 4/5 que le dan. Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas, funcionales, el baño completo tambien está bien salvo porque la colocación del grifo del lavabo hace que caiga siempre agua al suelo o a la encimera de madera, por lo demás todo correcto, estancia agradable.

Hotel di lusso. Camera con Jacuzzi in giardino. La struttura ha una spa piccola. La colazione è stata abbastanza soddisfacente, mancavano prodotti senza lattosio e glutine, solo vegan. Cena nella media..non all' altezza di un hotel di lusso. Fate attenzione... ci hanno fatto pagare due volte la spa...e nonostante lo scontrino emesso non volevano rimborsarci. Dopo una discussione ci hanno ridato la quota dovuta.

Bellissima location, personale gentilissimo e premuroso. Ottime igiene, ristorante, colazione e spa. Rilassantissime le vasche idromassaggio in giardino. Unica pecca il rumore dei “motori”.. tutta la notte. Ma super consigliato!!
