The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff were warm, polite, and provided excellent service. The staff were great, and check-out was convenient. Taxis were also easy to get. Overall, the service was very good and satisfying. The hotel's parking was good, and the manager was friendly and polite.

The room is large and the location is good. There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient. Customer service contacted us in time before check-in and patiently answered various questions. The room message sent at check-in was also accurate, and communication was effectively reduced after check-in. It is convenient to go to the ancient city of Shanghai from the apartment.

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel with comprehensive facilities. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, overall very comfortable. Environment: Excellent location, you can reach Wanda Plaza downstairs, and dining options are convenient. Service: I was very satisfied with the service this time. We were just passing through the city, and it happened to be my child's birthday 🎂. I called the hotel last minute to request a simple decoration, and they did an amazing job; it was a wonderful surprise. What was particularly thoughtful was that the hotel general manager personally wrote a birthday message for my child, which was incredibly heartwarming. I wish the hotel great success. I would definitely consider staying here again if I pass through Linyi in the future.

Facilities: Excellent Hygiene: Spotless Ambiance: Very cozy Service: Incredibly attentive The service was truly exceptional! Everyone was smiling from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed! I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Our overall stay far exceeded expectations. The hotel environment was quiet, and the cleaning service was excellent. It's conveniently located near Wanda Plaza and RT-Mart, making transportation easy. We could even request different pillows, and the little robot thoughtfully delivered amenities. From start to finish, the experience was perfect. Staff member #1 was particularly gentle and polite.

Thanks to the boss for receiving the service, the latest check-in information is provided throughout the whole process. After arriving in the room, I feel more than expected. The room is spacious, bright and clean, with good lighting, transparent, complete facilities, no need to worry about it. The hotel location is very convenient and prosperous. The price is really not expensive, the price is super high, I highly recommend everyone, thank you again boss!

After comparing many options on the platform for my trip to Linyi, I chose the Yihe Hotel, and it was a very wise decision – I'm extremely satisfied. The value for money is excellent, and the stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a garden-style design with a lake and beautiful scenery; the grounds are spacious, the views are lovely, and the air is fresh. The architecture is grand and elegant, giving it a high-end, impressive feel. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with high ceilings and plenty of room, making them comfortable and relaxing. The facilities are comprehensive and high-quality. The bedding is soft and luxurious. Every day, they deliver a fruit plate and special local snacks, which was a pleasant surprise. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor has a spacious and elegant dining environment, and the dishes are excellent in color, aroma, taste, and presentation. Both the stir-fried chicken and lamb soup were delicious. The female servers were gentle and polite, bringing tea, serving dishes, packing leftovers, and handling the bill with a kind and approachable attitude. The breakfast buffet is very rich, and you can even try local Linyi specialties. It was fantastic! A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff: when they saw I had washed clothes, they added a four-wheeled drying rack to my room and left two packets of laundry detergent with a note. These two small details truly warmed my heart and touched me. So thoughtful! Thumbs up! Thank you! Upon check-in, we also received vouchers for happy hour coffee and a choice of one of five signature dishes at Yugefang, which was great! I've stayed in many state guesthouses across the country while traveling, and not many of them could earn a five-diamond rating. The Yihe Hotel is the best among all the ones we've stayed at. Details convey warmth, and details determine excellence. I highly recommend the Yihe Hotel for anyone visiting Linyi!

The hotel facilities are excellent and very complete. It's conveniently located in the North City New District of Linyi, close to the elevated highway on the west side, making travel very easy. To the south, it overlooks the beautiful scenery of the northern bank of the Yi River, making it an ideal place to stay.

Very satisfied with this stay! The hotel is conveniently located, the room is clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the night is good. The front desk service is warm and efficient, and actively helps to store luggage. The breakfast is rich in variety and the freshly cooked noodles are particularly delicious. Although the bathroom is a bit cramped, the overall price is very high. There are many dining options around, and it is quiet at night. I will choose here next time I come here, recommend it to friends who travel and travel!
