This hotel is in an excellent location on a very popular street that leads to ocean views. Despite it being in this area, my room was surprisingly very quiet. Service is nice and friendly.
The only downside was that when taking the shower I had to be careful because the hot water was way too hot and required constant adjustments to stay at a good temperature.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a pedestrian street downstairs and a few steps away from the commercial plaza. Food and transportation are convenient. The staff has a good service attitude.
The only thing is that the hotel room is very small, so small that even turning around is a bit difficult. In addition, the ceilings on the floors should be separated by wooden boards, so it is clear to walk upstairs and downstairs.

We had a small room but that didn't matter as don't spend much time there. Really nice hotel right in the centre of Lisbon - excellent location for exploring the city. The young lady on reception when we arrived was so friendly and helpful but we didn't see her again. The room was compact and bijou, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The strangest part was the wardrobe - I struggled to put the coathangers on the pole as it was so high up and I am tall. Wasn't keen on having to buy the coffee pods for the coffee machine either. All in all I would recommend My Story Augusta.
