I just spent spent 6 days in Lisbon at the Hotel VINCCI BAIXA. Had a great stay. The hotel is modern, comfortable and trendy but the main selling point is the team running it from the reception desk to the bar/restaurant as well as the cleaners. They were all extremelly kind and professional. I had food poisonning (from seafood i ordered in a restaurant in Belem) the day before my departure and the reception team went above and beyond to help me out and look after me, calling a doctor and offering me to check out later than usual the next day so i could rest. All through my stay the recetion team gave me precious advice on what to see and how to travel in and ousite of Lisbon. Their advices were always spot on and so very helpfull. There was a problem with the air conditionning the day i checked in which they fixed immediately. The cleaning of the room was impeccable … I never leave comments after a stay in a hotel, but this time i felt obliged to. The hotel location is perfect to roam the city of Lisbon, the rooms are comfy and very well insulated and you will love the staff !

Great location, walk to all the restaurants and shopping, close to the water. Room was nice, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had tons of options and you can order eggs the way you like them. Nespresso and mini fridge in the room. Will definitely stay here if I come back to Lisbon.

Great locarion. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms with large, comfortable beds. Only let down by the parking which is not on site any a significant walk away.

A wonderful location on a quiet side street, close to the waterfront and walkable to nearby sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.
