From service to food to rooms, everything is impeccable. It's really good. The only thing is that the hotel doesn't have a separate swimming pool, which should be improved. The attitude of the black foreign male staff at the hotel gate is average, which lowers the overall level.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter.
Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills.
Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free.
Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening.
We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

Just stayed for four nights at MGM Cotai, had to add on an extra night at the last minute and the staff, particularly Shellee helped so much with this, going out of her way to make sure my room was decorated (was a celebration with friends), and making sure that notes were carefully made to assist me upon check-in. The free coach from/to the border was a huge help as well. Even after I checked out, Vincent walked my luggage for me to the shuttle area and was kind and generous. Drinks at the bar, though pricey, are really worth it. Someone is always there to help if needed and the twice daily room cleaning/turn down were so nice to have after a day exploring and when bed time came. Will be returning and bringing friends, so very happy to have this wonderful escape close to home. As a note to anyone visiting the area, convenience stores on the ***** are not easy to find or are closed, so bring cigs and snacks for times before you find a store with a taxi. Can't wait to return!

Here is a sample short feedback for the Studio City Hotel in Macau:
The Studio City Hotel in Macau was a great choice for our family vacation. The views from our room overlooking the Parisian tower were amazing. We really appreciated the free minibar that was restocked daily - very convenient. The complimentary popcorn in the lobby was a nice touch that the kids loved. The outdoor pool was perfect for the little ones, and the hotel provided thoughtful kids' amenities that made our stay more comfortable. Overall, it was a very positive experience for our family. GGuest UserAs always happy staying at Conrad hotels. Conrad Macao always deliver when it comes to amazing room views. In our room we can see the London clock tower and Wynn palace. The room is huge with a nice comfortable sofa. The best part is, hotel is connected to the mall, just ride the elevator and it is on the 2nd floor. Had a nice and comfortable stay at Conrad Macao.
NNatalia_CIt’s the second time we are staying in this hotel. Great staff, great service! We were celebrating my friend’s birthday and organised a treasure hunt for her. All the staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to help us organise it.
The location is excellent, very close to all other hotels like Londoner, Venetian and Parisian. Even though it’s smaller than the rest of the hotels but here you feel here like home unlike all other hotels where you feel like you are staying in a shopping mall.
Thank you very much for meeting the standards of Hyatt! Will definitely come back again!
AadxlzLocation was in Central Macau and walking distance to a lot of places. Had shuttle buses too. On the day of check out I stored my luggage and went to continue my day in Macau. After collecting, I wanted to go to the ferry terminal and this staff led me all the way to the waiting area which was really great service, but I didn't get the chance to get his name. Thank you for the great service!
GGuest UserLovely stay with a great view during our 2d1n trip to Macau. The ****** is linked across all hotels within the area and it was a short walk to taipa village for dinner. See pic for our room view.
GGuest UserBest hotel I ever stay. Stayed at Family room, just that the room is small but overall is good. Family room won’t facing the Paris view. Cleanness is tip top, down stair have ******, order room service and foods is delicious as well. Connected to major mall. Swimming pool is goods as well. Service is tip top goods. Free shuttle bus from Airport to hotel. Great service. Good good good. No complaints. I enjoyed my stay at The Parisian.
GGuest UserWe’ve stayed at the hotel many times before but this is the first since Covid. We were impressed by how well the hotel has been maintained and managed (the room was immaculately clean and the amenities were as good as before) and how good the service is (staff was very responsive to requests). Shopping and dining experience is also great as usual. Highly recommended to everybody.
GGuest UserFrom the airport, one can just take bus no. MT4 to near and stop at 内港客运马头 bus stop. Bus fare is only HKG/MOP 6, and the trip is less than an hour. Cross the road and walk about 5 mins, the hotel is there opposite of a big recreational park.
Hotel is walking distance to almost all major attractions.
JJakarta SkyDuring my recent visit to a newly opened hotel, I encountered an aspect that significantly marred what could have been a flawless stay: the presence of an unpleasant odor in the room. Despite the room’s visually inviting and modern aesthetic, this unforeseen issue detracted greatly from the overall experience.
CCarlitos TravelsIt's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.
LLou from HKGreat room with very good and bright view. But it took me a while, about 5+ minutes to have hot water in the shower in a very cold night. Guests were banging doors in the corridor over night.
Overall, a good hotel in need of small improvements.
