Location is good but reception was only opened at limited hours. Our bathtub was blocked but we were unable to call them at night to fix it as no one picked up

Very good sized rooms, clean and great that there was a little of everything to get you started in the room Be good to understand when the pre deposit would be sent back to account as check out was 10am and still nothing returned. Other than that the stay was brilliant and if in Liverpool again. I would look at these apartments again

Great location and had everything we needed.

Apartment was great. Tea/coffee was in the room when it wasn't expected. Plenty of space & very comfortable. Wierd smell coming from the stairwell which we could smell as we were the apartment next to it but apart from that, we had a great stay.

Spacious, clean, perfectly located for a city trip as many restaurants, bars around and inner city dock area is in walking distance. You notice, that the flat already saw some customers, so not the newest ones. But in the end all fine, especially for that price. We would recommend it and book again.

Good for a night

Great stay, loved the location and accommodation. Ideal for a family weekend of exploring the city. Friendly, helpful staff. Accommodation clean but looking a bit tired with cracked floor tiles, holes in doors, balcony was slippery and in need of some repairs, stained carpets, dripping tap and broken blinds, but nothing to stop us enjoying our stay.

I have never stayed in worse accommodation. Balcony doors not closing or locking on first floor apartment. No response from Emergency Contact Number. Smell of sewage was appalling. Cracked lampshades, some lampshades with no bulbs. Kickerboards falling down or not there at all. Formica on kitchen cabinets and work tops peeling off. Human excrement on bed sheets. Grubby walls. Pictures online are no reflection of what the apartments actually look like. On complaining about these issues they kept us on a merry go round, telling us the manager wasn't in so would have to wait. Ended up with an e mail from them after we arrived back in Ireland saying that compensation wasn't justified for any of the above!! Scam company offering appalling accommodation. Should be pulled from accommodation websites. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
