Personale di sala gentilissimo. Posizione ottima, alle porte del centro di Livigno. Camera molto carina anche se un po piccola. È stata una permanenza piacevole. Camera un po piccola se d'inverno, d'estate va benissimo. Materasso non molto comodo. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un imprevisto, rientro anticipato di 1 giorno causa funerale. Abbiamo chiesto di venirci incontro ma la signora che gestisce i rapporti con Booking si è dimostrata veramente poco empatica vista la situazione e soprattutto poco educata al telefono senza farmi terminare frasi e parlandomi sopra, concludendo bellamente di leggere le condizioni di acquisto e cancellazione e di rivolgermi direttamente a Booking. Consapevole che la signora è nella ragione, avevamo chiesto solo una cortesia e si poteva rispondere no ugualmente ma con altri modi e altri toni. Diciamo che commercialmente parlando non è stata molto attiva. Poteva offrirci un minimo sconto su prenotazione futura e visto che ci siamo trovati bene saremmo ritornati. Invece come le ho anticipato via filo preferisco documentare l'accaduto per evidenziare che si possono dare risposte negative con modi più educati e si può essere commercialmente più lungimiranti. Ringraziamo la struttura e lo staff, ad eccezione di questa cara signora.

For the third time we went to The King, always went pretty well. Until there was a problem, we suddenly couldn't reach the owners anymore. They also don't reply to an email. We are very sorry about this but yes, ... we left it and booked something nice somewhere else in Livigno !!!

Vengo in questo locale per la gentilezza e preparazione del personale. Aperitivi da favola, colazioni super! La bellezza di questo posto sta nel personale che ti fa sentire come ste stessi a casa! Inoltre hanno servizi eccellenti per tutti i gusti, dalle partite su sky alla stanza per fumatori, giochi di società, insomma un locale completo. Ci vediamo il prossimo anno!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 4 gg!I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Ottima la pulizia della camera e i servizi,come le bici a disposizione per tutto il soggiorno e il parcheggio riservato ai clienti! Colazione abbondante,e buona posizione anche per raggiungere il centro! Da provare!!!!!!

Bella camera curata e molto accogliente con bagno grande. Vengono messi a disposizione anche accappatoi. Colazione molto buona e varia, incluse Brioche fresche molto buone. I propietari e il personale sono tutti gentilissimi. Il B&B è a 10 min di camminata dalla scuola sci centrale e sciando cé uno skilift a pochi metri dal b&b che collega con gli altri
