很滿意的一次旅行，酒店提前電話溝通問客人的需求，環境不錯，酒店工作人員態度很好，幫忙介紹周邊旅遊景點，退房時還送了當地特產，總之很贊，有時間還會帶朋友去。另外：魚湯很鮮，值得品嚐

國慶節假日我們在網上訂了酒店三個房間，在我們即將入住的前一天，酒店前台周經理打電話過來給我們，和我們核對預訂訊息，而且還及時添加了微信，給我們發了酒店定位，服務指南等等作為參考，而且到了酒店辦理完入住手續，發現房間全都幫我們安排靠在了一起，有任何問題都能給我們第一時間解決，事事有迴應，還幫我們預約了餐廳用餐位置，酒店停車很方便，而且不收停車費，離天目湖景區也就衹有三分鐘車程，關鍵是節假日，景區那邊停車比較困難，車位有些緊張，不過這並不影響出行的心情，好評。

此次入住的温泉度假酒店體驗感超棒！酒店位置絕佳，靠近天目湖，周邊景色美不勝收。從房間望出去，湖光山色盡收眼底，讓人心情格外舒暢。特別要感謝工作人員周麗華，她熱情周到地幫忙調整了房間，讓我們一家人住得更加舒適。長者和孩子都非常開心，對這次的住宿讚不絕口。
酒店距離天目湖山水園很近，出行遊玩十分方便。酒店的温泉更是一大亮點，設施齊全，環境優雅，泡在温暖的泉水中，疲勞一掃而空。
早餐豐富多樣，味道更是一絕，為一天的遊玩提供了充足的能量。晚餐品嚐了大魚頭，味道鮮美，令人回味無窮。
總之，這家温泉度假酒店無論是環境、服務還是餐飲，都給我們留下了深刻的印象，強烈推薦給大家！

在酒店入住了兩晚，對接人周經理服務很好，兩天都幫我們做了房型升級，酒店早餐也豐富，而且用餐環境非常不錯，退房的時候還給我們送了伴手禮，非常滿意，下次再來！

住宿：酒店工作人員熱情、有禮貌；酒店可能有些年頭內部設施看上去不新，但總體是乾淨、衞生的。
餐飲：僅我親身經歷而言，酒店的餐廳是一塌糊塗！國慶假期，我是當天第二桌去餐廳用餐的顧客並且酒店前台在我去用餐前50分鐘已向餐廳報備預約了砂鍋魚頭，令我詫異點是，我在餐廳等了40分鐘一個菜都沒有上。反而在我後面來的客人，比我先上了幾個菜，如果説後面顧客點的菜比我點的製作簡單，那為什麼我預約的魚頭也比其他人的慢？
我催促了2次，餐廳工作人員告訴我説“假期比較忙”，這樣的理由讓我無法接受，我隨即決定買單離開時（僅喝了一聽可樂、一瓶啤酒），工作人員卻告訴我菜品可以馬上出來。這樣互相矛盾的説辭，真的讓我無法理解。這難道是五星級酒店的餐飲部門應該有的反應嗎？
在餐廳結果這荒唐的一幕後，居然是客房部的人員負責與我們對接，向我們致歉。給出的補償是給出300多的房費優惠，我們沒有接受！難道我花了2000多的費用，受到了如此的差別待遇，我會因為幾百的優惠妥協嗎？為什麼餐飲部門出現的問題，當天餐飲的現場主管選擇沉默？為什麼需要住房部門的人員來和我們協調？
如果不是住房部門人員的態度，這個評分還會更低，我不打一分是對客服部門工作人員的不忍心，並不代表我接受了餐飲部的這種冷漠態度！
既然酒店是標記的五星級酒店，那應該表現出五星級酒店的特色，這樣的餐飲管理，我很難信服！
難道節假日期間就可以因為一句話忙，讓客人在餐廳等接近一個小時嗎？更何況，當天的餐廳裏，我是第二桌進去用餐的！後面陸續來的幾桌人都上菜了，我這一桌遲遲不上，這是為何？
慕名來到天目湖，可留了了不愉快的經歷，到底是什麼讓顧客既花錢又“落淚”？

酒店管家周經理服務很好，房間安排得也非常滿意，孩子家人都非常滿意，退房路上遇到我們還主動停下接駁車帶我們去前台，退房卡時還特意給了礦泉水給我們，怕小朋友路上渴，服務真的非常不錯，必須好評！
