床品舒適 衞浴大牌 泳池特別喜歡 水質不錯氯味不重 酒店很幽靜 但感覺星空影院和健身房的淋浴處這種人少的地方衞生做的不徹底。

中秋假期選擇到天目湖度假，意外避開了上海的颱風，在酒店度過了舒心的假期。先説優點吧：
1. 酒店硬件設施很好，房間面積大，衞浴、床品都很舒適，新中式風格，審美在線。
2. 早餐小而美。雖不能跟大型五星級酒店的早餐比豐富，畢竟規模不一樣，但是早餐品質還是不錯的，現做的麪條餛飩味道很棒。
3. 微信管家服務對反映的問題及時回覆並處理，在此也謝謝背後的服務人員及時幫助我們解決了問題，讓我們度過了愉快的假期。
4. 酒店位置優越，臨湖而建，在酒店裡就可以看湖光山色，到鎮上吃飯也方便，自駕打車都是幾分鐘路程。
缺點就是像最後一張照片裏的房型其實不應該作為一般房型安排給顧客的，除非在網上預訂頁面有清楚説明。畢竟酒店定位是高端度假酒店，哪個顧客預期會入住陽台外面就是牆的房間？另外一些服務員的服務意識還需要提高。最後一張照片是剛入住時給我安排的房間，我進入房間發現問題後給前台電話溝通，前台迴應非常冷漠：你預訂的房型就是這樣的呀！但是看看攜程上豪華雙床房的圖片和説明就知道，攜程上這個房型顯示陽台外是山景而不是一面牆。後來我跟微信管家提出了這個問題，微信管家及時地為我協調更換了房間。
