Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

The staff were very helpful by driving us up the hill so we could use the gym. The breakfast buffet was good, but the service for dinner was not so good.

A beautiful hotel right in the bamboo ocean area. Walking distance to hot springs and to the bamboo park with the panda pavilion. The stuff is very nice and helpful, the room had all that we needed and more.

He was very nice and attentive. Knowing that someone in our group happened to have a birthday, he specially arranged a birthday cake. The cake was delicious and the reception was very heartwarming. A five-star hotel in a 5A scenic area, the quality of the buffet breakfast is very good, and the room facilities are complete and very clean. The hot spring pool can be directly accessed from the hotel lobby, so you can change into a swimsuit and a bathrobe in the room and go directly there. The attached heated swimming pool is very good and the water temperature is suitable. It is so comfortable to swim more than a dozen laps and then take a hot spring bath. Another thing is that you must go to the Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area next to it.
