A fantastic welcome, very clean and comfortable. I could not fault the accommodation Breakfast lovely had a fantastic time close to the bars and shops. Excellent guesthouse, located on a nice, quiet road, just a short walk to Llandudno centre. The property is of a high standard, with an amazing front garden with seating area to enjoy the late afternoon sunshine. The hosts are super friendly & very efficient, couldn’t ask for anymore regarding customer service. The rooms are clean & comfy and well presented. Breakfast was superb, great choice, well presented & cooked very well. Highly recommend this property.

Betty and Ian were wonderful hosts. We booked this last minute, and so glad we fell upon Agar House. We needed Gluten Free and Vegetarian options and both were catered for fantastically. The room was clean and welcoming and the additional bathroom for the family to use was an amazing added bonus. We would absolutely recommend, great location, even better hosts.

Stayed for one night on a last minute trip to Llandudno. Good sized room for a family of 4, great breakfast, excellent hosts and free parking only a few minutes walk away from town. The hospitality tray in the room was fully stocked as opposed to the usual 2 of each you usually get Would stay again on a future trip to Llandudno.

Like a home away from home. Located a very short walk from the promenade and main shops and pubs. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, and the owners are the nicest people you could meet. This and a fabulous breakfast make it our favourite place to stay, when in llandudno.

Immaculate, comfy room, quality bathroom, the hosts are just fantastic,so kind, the home cooked food is just perfect, can't wait come again,one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at, just so welcoming ,love it, staying in a double room, bed feels five star and the toweling robe in wardrobe was just perfect,water tissues tea/coffee making in room all the little extras just make you're stay more enjoyable.

We stayed at Agar House this weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t fault a thing. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a great location. Our breakfast was absolutely delicious, probably the best we’ve ever had in a B&B. The hosts Betty and Ian were so friendly and welcoming. The way they interacted with our little boy (6) was especially wonderful. He got 5 star treatment and was made to feel really special! He didn’t want to leave, and actually got tearful as we left because he has enjoyed himself so much. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Agar House!

We really had a pleasant stay in Agar house. Lovely and joyful hosts, Ian and Betty. House is absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean, quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to town, comfortable room with a lot of extra facilities which made our stay extra special. High speed wifi, hotel feels including the bath robe 😉, 5star breakfast, specially Betty’s marmalde and Ian’s salmon&egg🌟 it’s home away from home. ❤️
