Friendly staff, great location, very clean, fantastic food. So pleased we booked this hotel. Great surprise with the little brown envelope ! 🥰 and so close to the pier. The minors sandwich with black cheese was different but had to be done ! So close to the zip wire which is highly recommended. Also the Toll Road around the Great Orm was lovely.

We upgraded the room, lovely view, first class facilities, clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast. Close to all amenities. Handy parking. Would recommend the Belmont to everyone. We had Prosecco in the room, robes, slippers, lovely day away for mother and daughter.

Ottimo hotel affacciato sul lungomare è praticamente in centro. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera con veduta spettacolare e abbastanza grande e dotata di frigobar e macchina x il caffè bagno un po’ piccolo. Non ha parcheggio. Molto buona la colazione x essere in Galles. Superiore agli standard britannici. Sicuramente da consigliare

We stayed in room 108. At 7am we were woken up to a horrendous, vibrating extractor noise from the kitchen. I telephoned the hotels front desk and was told it was a fire safety system which is essential to the hotels running. After asking reception and looking on previous bad reviews on this hotel, other guests had the same experience as us.We were looking forward to a lie in after a late night at the theatre and didn't book for breakfast in the morning. The hotel sell room 108 knowing that the guests staying in the room will have an unwanted early wake up. If the hotel would have told us about this room we would have picked another room or a different hotel. My husband is an engineer and we have advised a sound proof cover could be installed. Reception did say if we rebook soon they would give us a good deal on a better room on the front, we will not stay at the Belmont Hotel again not when the hotel are knowingly booking guests in room 108 aware of this issue. This is our 1st bad review of a hotel and our 1st complaint to a hotel reception. The hotel room was very clean and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This I a great standard hotel ! We had a very warm welcome , the rooms were great ( not huge but big enough , we had a wet room as a bathroom and that was also new and very clean . There is no parking but both days we were there found parking spot . Don’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food !
