The room itself was spacious and cool with no air conditioner malfunction. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and well-stocked towels every time I went out. Both the reception and bellboy were friendly. As it was my honeymoon accommodation, I booked a place that was quiet and had a well-equipped restaurant, and I was very satisfied. The tapas bar was delicious, and the breakfast was also excellent. The sound of birds chirping every morning still lingers in my ears! It's quite far from downtown Mallorca, so I recommend coming just to enjoy this hotel! Even though I enjoyed everything during my 3-day stay, including the hotel's restaurant, spa, and swimming pool, it wasn't enough. It was really nice to be able to eat fresh fruit every morning. If you can afford it, I recommend a room with a terrace. A great hotel for families, couples, and friends! A taxi from the airport costs about 100 euros! If I go to Mallorca, I will definitely stay again^^

The sea view room is different. Open the curtains and the blue sea. This trip to Mallorca is really refreshing and makes people linger! ! ! Come back next time!

I knew we were in for a treat the moment we entered through the gate. The entire hotel is a special moment. It doesn't matter if you are at the front entrance, driving up the grounds, standing at the top of the stairs to the spa, or sitting on the patio for dinner - the architectural detail combined with the natural element construction creates a thought-provoking moment. The view from every place I stood could have been the cover of Architectural Digest. And then you get to your room. Our casita, 29 I believe, had everything you would need to live a comfortable life for the rest of your days. Want to soak in the tub? Want to shower inside, but with unobstructed sky above? Want close comfort with your partner, but also separate sinks, closets and storage space? Its there for you. Want it all with powerful minimalism so your mind and thoughts can fill the empty space? Also there for you. What if you want to step outside or you room onto a natural hardscape surrounded by native plants to have a glass of wine while enjoying the view? Its there! And that's just your room. Want yoga or mediation in the morning? Complimentary. Want a fresh, organic breakfast curated from local farmers and artisans? Complimentary. I've truly never experienced a more rejuvenating place to stay. As the name suggests, you'll fall in love with this little corner of Arta. Lovely hotel, comfortable beds, our room was cleaned every day and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a really good location., Central for bars and restaurants. The lack of an outdoor terrace or balcony to our room was a disappointment (though when I read the small print it did tell us that) There was no view either, and the Windows had been frosted to obscure the lack of a nice out look. There was no English tv stations, and we weren't too bothered about that, but i would have liked a news channel . The sun terrace on the roof is lovely, but I also thought it would have been nice to have had snacks available. You can get drinks though. Overall the good things outweigh the negatives, and it is a lovely hotel.

Far away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the tranquility here. The sea view, especially from the upper floor, is awesome. The contact persons on site (waiters of the highly recommended restaurant within sight) are very friendly and helpful. The

Reviewing this hotel is quite difficult because the staff are all friendly and it does have some good points. Locally it is known as Fawtly Towers (by the taxi drivers ) and unfortunately it’s not difficult to understand why, however let’s start with the positives; firstly the hotel manager, he is a lovely smiley chap and he has a very high level of visibility on the shop floor and that helps the hotel have a relaxed vibe to it. I can also say the bath towels are soft, the beds are comfy , you get a kettle and the hotel supplies pool towels at no extra cost. The breakfast is also ok and the gym is basic but pleasant. In truth though, it’s a very old old hotel that has had a cheap lick of white paint and bit of a refurb including astroturf around the pool. Whilst the bedrooms are relatively comfy (ours overlooked the main road) they do remind me of the rooms in an old style travel lodge and the bathrooms are awful. The outside of the hotel also lacks any kerb appeal and it looks like an old block of council flats. The cleaners do an excellent job tidying the rooms every day and as I’ve said bathrooms are the worst feature , the plumbing smells , the bathrooms are small and the shower is barely fit for purpose. On another positive note the repair/maintenance man is great ( he definitely works hard) - he fixed the safe, the shampoo dispenser and even gave us a new plug for the bathroom sink , he was last seen dealing with some leaky aircon in the hotel lobby . In summary, would I stay again ? no, was it expensive accommodation ? yes , is it 4 star ? definitely not (3 star at best). Fawlty Towers is probably a bit harsh as it did slowly grow on me but I can understand why it’s called Fawlty Towers.

We were in this weekend and it was a very good experience. Extensive room, huge bathroom with shower and bathroom, small kitchen with covered dishes, refrigerator and microwave, But the best: spectacular views! We will not forget the morning we saw from the room
