The room had not been cleaned properly upon arrival, there were pebbles and sand on the floor.
There was a leak in the pipe that runs through the closet, causing a moisture problem in the wardrobe.

Hello, I would like to write that this hotel is very dirty, the rooms are in a pitiful state, the shower, the window allows air to pass from the outside, there is no seal which allows for waterproofing and painting don't worry, the mattresses for sleeping are stained, not to mention that in the evening we started to scratch everywhere, we had to buy sheets and duvets, the bedroom window was missing the seal which allows us not to hear the sound exterior without forgetting that everything that happens we are all waiting impossible to sleep the ****** which screws up the customers outside we all hear in the room the service is zero it is in a hotel which is not recommended for families but rather for people who want to be ****** or bring back ****** this is not called a hotel but rather a ****** we should downgrade it and take away all the stars because it doesn't even deserve 1 star I stayed only 1 night even though it was planned for 1 full week

STAY AWAY !!!!!! THIS PLACE MAKES THE INBETWEENERS HOTEL LOOK LIKE THE RITZ !! ROOMS /BATHROOM ARE DISGUSTING FOOD IS AWFUL NOISE LEVELS THROUGH THE ROOF 15 SUNBEDS FOR A HOTEL THAT HOLDS 200+ PEOPLE AS CHEAP AS IT IS YOU WILL ALWAYS GET BETTER FOR THE SAME PRICE.

Amazing stay! A peaceful and clean hotel close to amenities,the reception team is amazing especially violeta and Lori . Will definitely come again and recommend this place to my friends so they can experience this lovely place Costa brava :)

Majority of the staff are rude and very unhelpful. Pool is tiny, and again all the bar staff bar one lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Fire alarm goes off at 5am EVERY morning and it’s a very loud hotel. Despite there being NO ENTERTAINMENT. Food is terrible and the staff again are rude. I asked for lemon and they gave me an old one. The one positive thing I will say is the hotel is clean, clean and the cleaners ARE LOVELY!!! It’s not value for money, manners COST NOTHING. I came with my son and will not return it was supposed to be much needed break and we’ve had no sleep since being here. Not only that the staff are not nice I cannot repeat that enough. Rooms are tiny, you need to pay tax on arrival, a deposit for the remote for the tv and for a drink by the pool. Cash only. Should be called rip off hotel.

I do not write reviews but this was a MUST. I bought this package as a birthday surprise for my partner. We walked in and I already knew it would not be good. We changed our room because we were facing a noisy area. Views outside the hotel looked like living in slums. Taken to a new room and the curtain was falling, the bathroom light was heavily flickering, the floor tiles to outside balcony all cracked I could have cut my foot on it and the storage below the tv had obvious red juice stains. Lady at front desk was helpful but the man was brief and unwelcoming. I needed some hot water for tea and they had none. They asked me to go down the road and 12.00am! The food served looked like canned food. Even olives that you think from that region would taste good but NO. The fish tasteless everything served was so cheap and concerning. I am so sorry but this was my experience for 3 nights.
