Hélas Benoit, fini le buffet de dessert du samedi soir, fini la soirée tessinoise, dommage des décisions qui ne vont pas nous encourager à revenir, malgré des années de présence. Mais l'endroit demeure merveilleux, le personnel est formidable et la cuisine toujours au top. Par contre cette année nous avons souffert du chaud sur notre balcon impossible dit rester passer 15h00, car il n'ont pas de protection solaire et dans la chambre on a cuit.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Räume sind grosszügig und modern. Die Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist gewaltig. Das Fühstückbuffet ist sehr grosszügig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Obwohl ich zu früh da war, konnte ich mein Gepäck schon deponieren und die Poolanlage geniessen. Ich werde wieder kommen.

1st stay in this hotel which, as its name suggests, benefits from an exceptional view. The + magnificent garden - excellent cuisine - perfect breakfast buffet - impeccable cleanliness - friendly staff - pleasant swimming pool. The - we were in a room overlooking the road therefore extremely noisy (74) to be absolutely avoided - room without air conditioning therefore stifling heat - car essential because it is far from everything and public transport is not great - car parking problematic.

The location, the welcome, the catering, the room service etc… A reception hostess who knows French perfectly advised us on several very interesting visits to the beautiful secluded valleys. 4th stay in this magnificent hotel where the welcome is top notch, the rooms pleasant. The atypical side gives all its charm to this place. Not really recommended for people with limited mobility. A small improvement to make to facilitate access to the swimming pool (installation of 2 stairs in the shallowest part for example). But I highly recommend this place
