Easy stop over while transiting between London and next flight. Shuttle was very helpful and convenient.

Very good stay. The beds were comfortable and at night it was quiet. Clean rooms. Easy to get to if coming off Hwy 401. Shopping mall and restaurants are close by. Free breakfast was good and had a good variety.

There was not enough parking. Ater a day of travel and exploration came back to no available parking spots. Had to go to front desk and was told to park in a reserved spot for the night.

I love the location of the hotel, it was easy to find. the breakfast was amazing, every food was fresh and delicious. I could taste the passion and love put into the cooking. one of the staff was unfriendly to my daughter on the phone and didn't seem like a friendly guy but the other staff were very friendly and warm. Overall, it was a nice experience for me.

Super clean, a couple very odd spots had a little dust build up, but the very obvious usually missed areas were really clean.
No concerns at all.
Amazingly friendly staff, front desk & janitorial team.
Pool was a good size, not too bad water temp and not super salty.
Breakfast was phenomenal.. delicious options and plenty.
Staff were very ontop of things, ensuring nothing ran out
Only small complaint was the wifi.. was very spotty, glitchy like.
Could be since we were on the 3rd floor, who knows.
Great location close to Tims, and Argyle mall just up the road.
Not far from the highway, easy to find your way across town as needed.

The hotel was average. Staff: 3 with the exception of the lovely lady on Saturday morning. Room: 3 Carpets in the room were gross, but otherwise clean and had a frudge and microwave. Bed was comfortable and clean. Pool:3 salt water was nice, but the pool was small and starting to look warn. There were no towels at the pool. Food: 4 The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices and fresh. There were snacks available at a high mark up. No restaurant. Lobby: 4 Comfortable and clean. Noisy because there was a tournament and the hotel was full. Parking was full. It was a long walk to the door. I likely will not stay here again.There is better at this price range.

The thermostat worked the first day that we’re there but something happened to the heating unit and When we got back to the hotel at 6 o’clock at night the room temperature would not climb above 61°F. When are you told the front desk they called the maintenance person back in to fix the situation. While we went out for dinner, the staff got the heating unit repaired and the room heater was working when we got back from dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff!

We knew there were hockey tournaments going on, that’s why we were there. Parents congregating in the hall outside our door, when we were trying to put a four year old to bed, was problematic. They did go in at 8:00 and it was fairly quiet after that.

Overall the stay was decent. I did though had a few complaints. For one the noise level. There was a bunch of kids running up and down the hallway. Now I'm like it's the weekend it happens. I let it slide to an extent because I wasn't sleeping yet. 130am, and they still were doing it. There needs to be a policy put in place or something that no noise after a time in respect to other people staying close by. Second parking ! At one point I was driving around the lot 5 times and there was absolutely no parking. I I won't lie, I had to park at the handicapped parking and woke up around 2am to move my car. This was absolutely ridiculous. There needs to be more space for parking. Or if there was and I didn't see, nothing was marked to tell me I could park there. I wasn't risking parking anywhere to get my car possibly towed. Third was the clorine in the pool. Definitely way to much. I didn't go in but I did take a walk. 2 seconds of entering the pool area my nose and eyes was burning. So I just skipped that place over all. Forth bathroom towels. There wasn't enough. Usually theres 2 of everything basically, especially when I booked a 2 queen bed room. But nope there was only 1 set. And lastly fifth, I've never been to a hotel no matter how cheap or expensive that there was no complimentary water bottles. Sooooo overall it was a decent stay, just a few things you guys need to keep in mind about.
