Really satisfied, the front desk service attitude is very good, and they gave us cookies to eat, the room is also very clean, the elevator downstairs can only be swiped by card, the safety factor is very high, a very satisfactory experience

The TV was out of order. Called Housekeeping but no response. Left a message for them to come and repair but no action either. Feedback at counter during check out. Other than that, everything is fine with the hotel.

My car got broken into in the parking lot right next to our room, it was one of two cars burglarized that night Here are some things we found out - there are NO CAMERAS in the parking lot (confirmed by staff) - the security guard rarely patrols the parking lot (more confirmation from staff) - I was able to go through a side door after 10pm without a key card - I saw a person taking away empties from inside the hotel who does not work there The main problem on top was a complete lack of support from the hotel management - no apologies when incident reported - no reaching out to us when the other car was broken into in the same parking lot - the hotel refuses to do anything not even comp us a breakfast after we stayed for 3 days - no offers of help us whatsoever I recommend to park close to the lobby, not leave anything in the car or better yet choose a hotel with better security

We stayed here for 4 nights in August of 2022. Check-in was good, the room was nice. Big enough and clean. I noticed the bathroom exhaust vent was extremely dirty but not a big deal. First morning I went to make coffee and went for a shower. I came back and there was only about a cup in the pot. I checked and the filter basket was full because it had the wrong coffee pot and the lid didn't touch the button on the bottom of the basket. No big deal. I made it work and went to the front counter to get a different coffee pot. I was told one would be brought to the room but none ever was. Friday night, 1:00 am and it started getting noisy in the hallway, people coming and going loudly, partying across the hall. Finally at 2am I called the front desk and the noise quit 5 minutes later. Until 7am the next morning when the partiers started leaving, loudly. I do require more than 5 hours sleep so this was annoying. Saturday night, 1:00 am I wake up to the sound of a young child running up and down the hallway squealing with delight, 5 minutes later and adult running after the child playfully chasing him yelling too. At 2:00 am it gets really loud, must have been 10 people in the hallway laughing, joking, yelling. I've had enough and open the door and yell at them to stop making noise as some of us are sleeping. The noise quits. 3:00 am, there's a knock on our door. I ignored it but I'm thinking it was somebody from the front desk. When I go to a hotel I expect to be able to sleep reasonably well, maybe a bit of noise but I've never had a room that was this loud. EVER.

This hotel is especially good, clean, easy to travel, highly recommended, forget to take pictures.

Underground parking in the winter is a nice perk. As I was traveling for business, mine was complimentary, but I believe it's charged at $20+ per day otherwise which seems a bit extreme for London. My room appeared to be clean, but had a strange smell. On further investigation, a soiled diaper had been left in my washroom's garbage. I understand that mistakes happen, everything else did appear clean -- but this oversight ended up making me question the overall cleanliness of my room. The smell didn't dissipate after the diaper was removed, and the layout of the bathroom was mindblowingly awful (see photo), so I asked to switch rooms. Staff were very apologetic and accommodating. I was moved and upgraded to a large suite. This room instead smelled of patchouli -- less offensive, but for a hotel that has signage saying it's scent-free, it seemed strange and again made me question the cleanliness. The continental breakfast offered was very slim -- not a ton of variety, and the layout was very tiny for the number of people, although the dining space was large. With other long-term stay hotels in the vicinity, I'm not sure I'd try my chances here the next time I'm in town.

Excellent service from the staff, very clean and comfortable room. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating from making the reservations to checking in and out. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning.

Just referring to the feeling of staying here, it is still good. However, the room rate was repeated. I have already asked once at check-in, saying that it is a deposit, and I will refund it when I check out. As a result, I still deducted my money when I checked out. Fortunately, Ctrip's service is still good, and the refund is successful.

The hotel is very easy to find, the next high speed is, breakfast is free, the variety is enough to eat, nearby mall, restaurant, supermarket, to the hotel, nothing can be transferred. The handsome guy at the front desk is very warm and there is free drink in the lobby.
