The old room had no air conditioning and power outage. After changing rooms, the situation did not get better. The hotel bathroom could not drain water and all the water came out. It is not worth booking this hotel.

Stayed here for one night. Checkin was fine and staff were nice enough. All was good until I reached my room. At first glance all seemed ok. Very small room which was no bother, but saw the bathroom. I will share a picture so you can decide for yourself. A very large mirror inside the shower wall. 10 on the creepy meter. No chain to pull across at night for added safety, and when I tried to access the WI-FI it said that the WI-FI was unsafe to use. Banging noises most of the night made it impossible to have a decent sleep. Will choose not to stay again. I just didn’t feel safe at all.

It was a perfect hotel for my week-long stay in London.
The staff were friendly and the cafe on the first floor was delicious.

Location is great in term of accessing tubes and public transports. Buses right at the door steps getting you into Paddington Station and Oxford Street; the tube stations are only few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The staff are quite helpful and friendly. The hotel cafe is exotic and cheap; hotel guests enjoy a bit of discount as well! There is a Tesco supermarket and Starbucks right opposite to the hotel. Overall it’s bad for value!!
