The hotel is very near 2 underground so it is convenient to go to downtown. It is very clean and we had a nice room. The staffs over all is alright but some are more friendly.

The room facilities are comfortable, the location is close to the subway entrance, Piccadilly line is a two-minute walk away, convenient for travel, the surrounding environment is quiet, the room is compact, simple English breakfast, the same food every day, there are coffee, fruit, yogurt

The area where the hotel is located is not a good one. The neighborhood is very quiet. Do I need to transfer to get out of the city center? But the service attitude of the staff was really good and the room was kept clean. Recommended.

The exhaust in our room suddenly stopped working the next night, so we had to "move" in embarrassment. Parking is available at the hotel for 20 pounds per night.
