Besides the lovely guy at reception, our stay was very below par.
- dirty bed sheets and pillow cases (which i replaced)
- faulty window with a counter with baby oil/lube on it
- very dusty room ( my tablet was covered when I woke up
Thanks again to the receptionist for doing what he could, but he was the only member of syafg and there's inly so much he could do.
The hotel was fully booked so we had to stay, I replaced the bedding while our takeaway was getting cold outside and ruined it if I'm honest.

The Hotel was very clean & based on a perfect road with much public vehicles. The only bad thing was, that the TV was not a smart tv and we could not connect a phone. The elevator broke on our second day of our 6 days trip but it was still fine. Would come back.

Great value for money, a bit out of the way but easy enough to get on public transport into the main town. Close to shops and restaurants, and lovely staff

The room was filthy and there were signs that said no smoking yet the rooms smelled of smoke. The elevators didnāt work I had a lot of luggage and my room was on the second floor. There was a lady feeding what looked like a thousand birds in my window. Very bad experience. Donāt book because there are no refunds

The Kingās Head is always a dependable place to stay. Comfortable beds and peaceful. Recently decorated so itās got a neutral restful feel. Ideal for anyone who doesnāt need to be near the tube, which I donāt - Good stay thanks

The staff here are very easy going and pleasant and the hotel is clean and peaceful. Iāve stayed here before and it suits my needs very well - Iām not a tube user but hereās lots of buses and overground nearby and Westfield is 15 mins by bus so it all works

The hotel room was really good. Newly done to a high standard. Bathroom is small but very nice and modern - and very clean. Comfy bed with decent pillows. Good air con and adjustable lights. Friendly 24 hour reception. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately the room was not prepared on arrival the bed was slept in and the toilet was visually used with stains. Told reception and the receptionist tried her best to rectify. Emailed the management but zero response. Still staying at the hotel as booked for the week for my son and he had a strange man walk into the room to do a bed inventory check. This is not on as my son is working nights and we requested no one go in the room in the day. Following the mattress check the bed was left unmade and messy itās just rude and so so unprofessional. My advice is itās a nice looking hotel but clearly not run or managed very well.
